Totally agree with ALL internet complaints about this place. GOOGLE STRANDS AND THE OWNER SHIRLEY GORDON! This woman is a MONSTER! Shirley has lost soooo many clients in the last at least 5 years. I was a loyal customer at Strands Salon and typically had the same process of wash, conditioning, highlights, trim, and blow dry completed every 6 months. I always paid the $150 which was high but I thought appropriate for the work and since I only went every 6 months, it was no big deal.
