Seize the deal Purchase of tickets. Never received them.

I purchased tickets for Aquaboggan in Maine. The tickets never came. I emailed back and forth several times. I was told several times there were problems with the address. Of course there is no problem with the address. It really is a scam. I'm not mad. I will get even. I was not offered a refund. I just emailed them for the last time and I will take it up with my credit card company.

Desired outcome: Refund as they can't be trusted to send any tickets.

I bought a pre-paid certificate to Eternal Salon in Billings Montana & unknown to me, they went out of business!!! Now the business owner, Ashlie Benson Winter (she is on FB), is avoiding me & will not respond to me...and I cannot get a refund from her or from Seize the Deal!!! Can you say frustrated!?!?! This is SO ETHICALLY WRONG by BOTH Ashlie & by Seize...

I purchased a voucher for a restaurant July of 2011. The voucher was good for one year. My wife and I tried to use the voucher yesterday (Feb 2012) only to find the restaurant has been closed for some time.
