Seize the Deal review: Poor customer service

I purchased a voucher for Water Wizz and gave it as a gift to my granddaughter for her birthday and when my daughter went to use it online she was told it was not valid. She then took it with her to the water park and was told that it was not valid also. I tried calling Seize the Deal but you can never get through. I then emailed them a couple times and received one reply with a question that I answered and didn't hear back. On my last email I informed them that this was a gift for a child and I still did not receive a response I guess they just don't care about their customers.
