Pay Day LoanCOLLECTION

I received a phone call this am from Jason Hunter. He said he is with Crimmal Investigating. He calling about a legal matter with US Cash Advance in the amount of 788.00. He was getting very upset with me because I would not tell him my soical security number and my address. I kept asking what this was about he would say he could not tell me that all he knew was a legal matter. I told him if he would not tell me what this was about then I was not telling him nothting else. I ask for his phone number [protected]. After he gave it to me he told I need to call him back with credit card number to take care of this problem. I had until 12:00 central time. I have never had a pay day loan with this company.

Complaint is with the interest charged, collection methods and litigation.
I have paid this debt religiously every 2 weeks even when it was not my pay day. I have 4 of these loans from the same company and it was for a medical bill that I needed the money. I work 100% commission and after paying these loans for months at over 300% interest it consumed me. I asked if there is a way to get a final bill and just pay monthly. i was told no can do because this is how they make money. Most people never really pay the debt off by making payments every 2 weeks due to the interest that is charged. They make 4 to 5 times the amount borrowed. WOW! What have I done? A short term loan is now a nightmare. I got sick and I was not able to make the payments every 2 weeks. I got behind and because i work commission I am having rebuild my client base in order to start making money again. They did not want to wait or give a final bill. I tried to work something out but when you have 4 companies calling your job every day and calling your references and family, it became more of harassment. There has got to be a law against this. I have been given probation and now I am terminated due to breaking the company policy of having personal calls. I live in Utah and they can file a judgment and we have a date in small claim court. In addition, they can garnish wages as well. I have just found this out due to research. There has to be some ethics involved here and some place where we draw the line. This is small claim court so lawyers are not permitted. I will try to plead my case but they have the upper hand due to the law here in Utah.
I am seeking a reasonable bill that can take in consideration of the past monies paid toward the debt. I was told that a $30 late fee will be charged and information reported to the credit bureau and other threats if I did not make the payments. So, I made the fatal mistake of refinancing because I was told that was the only alternative. Now I am back to square one with my debt and all the monies paid is gone wasted. That is unfair and some agreement should be made or litigated. I going to Small claim court with the original bill I started with 6 months ago plus over 300% interest plus other fees.

This company took $30.00 from my checking accouont on January 12th, 2017. I e-mailed them letting them know that they were NOT authorized to remove funds. To my surprise I have not been refunded even though I receivd an e-mail from their customer service area indicating that I will get the $30.00 back into my count with 7 - 14 days. I called my bank and filed a complaint.

I recieved a phone call on my cell phone from a male, whom I had difficulty understanding. He stated that I had taken out a payday loan Dec 2017, which I new wasn't true. I told him to supply proof that this company deposited money into my acct around Dec 2017. He stated he needed to speak with my attorney, and will end up paying $5000. I told him that he was full of---- and hung up on him. I haven't heard from him since. The number that he called me from was [protected]. I tried calling the # back a few days later and it just stated that x261059 is unavailable. This is surely a scam.

On [protected], Pay Day Loan Resource Center printed a check, #95581, for $17.93 on my account at Security Bank without my authorization and withjdrew this amount from my checking account. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I never used their services or derived anything from this company. This was a bogus illegal check. I'm going to file complaints with FTC, BBB and Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. My bank, Security Bank, cashed the check for this company without any ID whatsoever and refuses to take responsibility for their action, also, charging me a $30 overdraft fee. For all I know, this check was printed in jail.
