Need to get started paying my creditors.
Would like to get some HONEST answer, so far that hasn't happen. Since August 2023. First of all was not given the info that I feel that should have been shared with me. That it would be this long and NOTHING has taken place as for as paying my creditors, you havent even called them. I am seriously considering going to my bank and taking care of any ties with you and to find someone that will HELP me NOW. I CANT EVEN GET THE INFO WHEN YOU PLAN TO START.
Not doing what they have told me they would do
I have been a customer of National Debt Relief for 3 1/2 years. I asked them to help me get the final accounts settled so I could get out of this program. Needless to say, they have had a check of mine now going on 9 weeks and still have not settled the last two accounts. I started with NCR in January 30,2019 with the understanding that I would have all my creditors paid off by January 30, 2023. Since that time I requested a amount to pay off my final creditors so they sent me a letter and told me what amount I needed to send to them.
