National Debt Relief – Not doing what they have told me they would do

I have been a customer of National Debt Relief for 3 1/2 years. I asked them to help me get the final accounts settled so I could get out of this program. Needless to say, they have had a check of mine now going on 9 weeks and still have not settled the last two accounts. When I started this program, I was told my creditors would be paid off by January 30, 2023, but now even with my check they are saying its going to be December of 2024. I have been lied to so many times in the last 4 months I don't believe anything they say and furthermore it is beginning to harm my health. My blood pressure goes up each time I speak to a customer service rep because they don't even know why they are not settling my accounts. I have asked if they are contacting these people every day and truly no one knows. Please help me get my account resolved ASAP. I feel they are using me to get more money each day they don't resolve this issue. I am telling you right now if something happens to me it will be because of all the issues I am dealing with at National Debt Relief.
