I started with NCR in January 30,2019 with the understanding that I would have all my creditors paid off by January 30, 2023. Since that time I requested a amount to pay off my final creditors so they sent me a letter and told me what amount I needed to send to them. They also assured me that all the creditors would be complete within 30 days. They received my check on June 6, 2022. As of today they have not reconciled my accounts. I have called numerous of times and have sent 6 emails since July 16, 2022. They are now telling me that they had the wrong account number for one of my accounts and it has taken them 3 years to ask me for the account number. Something is not right with this and I want a full investigation on this matter. They have tried to tell me they are working on it well I have asked for all corresponded phone calls, dates and persons they have talked to about my accounts. I am being told as of today that I have to get a lawyer to ratify my chase account. 3 years and they tell this to me today. I am very upset because I feel they are using me to get more money for their company. I just want my accounts done. They have not told me anything why it has taken 3 years to get to this point. They are not doing what they told me they would do and that is wrong on every level. Please help me with this problem.

Thank you

Desired outcome: I want them to do what they said they would do from the beginning and get me the proof that they have been working on all accounts since January 2019.

I have been with this company for over two years. Now my husband has passed away and I have been trying to get them to correct the account for over a month. I need to get things resolved so that I will know just what I can afford or if I will have to move. I sit on hold for 30 to 60 minutes each time I call. I just finished resigning Global I signed 2 weeks ago. I get lies about what they say they will do. But then they don't follow through. I did this to avoid bankruptcy. This has been the biggest and worst experience with everyone I have had to deal with since he passed away.
