National Congress of Employers - Health Insurance Health insurance and harassment

This company is a scam. I did not fall for the scam. I know that there is no such thing as health insurance for $100.00 per month. I started asking questions because they representative told me there were no pamphlets or websites to research. The representative put the "General Manager" on the phone. He proceeded to tell me what was covered and "if I found out through blood work that I had cancer, the company would cut me a check for $15, 000.00 for living expenses". When I asked him who his doctor was because I needed a new doctor and knew that his doctor would be covered on the plan, he started yelling at me.

Let me also note that I got a call from this same number several times at all times of the day and night and they would hang up. One of the calls I received, the man on the line told be he had a huge crush on me and told me he had been watching me for a week and that he would be seeing me tomorrow at 12 noon and that I wore to much clothing and I needed to wear less clothing.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

National Congress of Employers - Health Insurance Denial of claim / no proof of coverage

I signed up for health insurance to be effective 12-1-15. In my package, I also received Dental coverage from NCE through Ameritas Life Ins. Corp. I submitted a claim (#[protected]) for service on 12-3-15 and it was paid on 12-29-15; no problem! I went back to my dentist on 6-8-16 and the claim was denied on 6-14-16 due to "service is after plan member terminated". When checking with Ameritas and NCE they are showing my plan effective and termination date to be the same! Obviously a mistake. I have spoken with no less than 8 people over the last 6 weeks, with a conference call between Ameritas and NCE, in which NCE assured me my plan was changed after the initial plan and was not updated with Ameritas. NCE said (twice) they were updating my file and sending to Ameritas. They also had my birthday wrong! I checked again on 7-19-16 and still nothing has been done. By the way, they are still deducting from my bank account! Meanwhile, I have a 30 year history with this same dental office and am looking at a $91 outstanding bill because of these incompetent customer service reps. Either apply my coverage and pay my claim or refund my premium. This customer service office is a joke! Here are a list of phone numbers I have called for 6 weeks: [protected], [protected], [protected]. Here are some names of the folks I have spoken with at both places:
Adam, Jackie, Becky, Bobbie and Vanessa (twice!)
