My Leisure Savings Club incorrect contact information

I finally got this number from my bank statement when they made a charge for membership. The information in the packet they had sent was a different phone number [protected], which was not answered or referred me to a bogus internet website. That went on for two weeks. When I called the number above I had to argue with their bargains and ask for a supervisor, but at last they gave me a refund. It was definitely a frustrating experience.

The original package was hooked on to another offer by an overzealous telemarketer who just heaped on everything she could despite my negation and kept assuring me that there was no charge for the free trial. Hah! You just can't contact them to cancel!

My Leisure Savings Club No Authorization

I called [protected] from 2/13/09 Credit Card statement For My leisure savings club until new statement received on 3/14/09 trying to cancel an Unauthorized Charge to my credit card. This phone number was always busy. On my credit card statement 3/09 I found a new number [protected].
I originally submitted to authorizations for 2 other clubs and have found that others are following suit. $1.00 in 1/09, $29.85 for 2/09. I did npt give authorization for this Company to access my Credit Card. I am in the process of trying to get this money reversed. And, reported them to my credit card company.
I am aware that I may not be the only person that has been taken by this company. How can this be stopped?

I was on hold for 60 minutes (1hour) with no response but listened to:

To service your account 24 hours a day; just log on to www.myleisurediscount.com from their you can request new materials, refer friends, and even cancel your service. Again that is www.myleisurediscount.com. all our customer service representatives are helping other members right now. If you will hold for just a moment a representative will be right with you

I want to cancel my membership now. I received the information much later than promised and now being directed to a website where cancellation is not possible. DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!
I AM CANCELLING NOW!
