Hi yes my name is Wesley rowe I currently bought 2 boxes of 5.56 ammo one 55 gr box of 5.56 and one box of 62gr 5.56 ammo I only received one box of ammo and I paid for 2 boxes and only received one box. So how can this issue get fixed I dont money back I rather have the box of ammo I was missing from my order thanks wesley rowe contact me at [protected]
Refund request
I purchased a gun from the website and after doing some research and talking to some friends about their experience with their warranty department I decided not to pick up the gun and requested a refund. It’s been a month now since the request and still has not been handled properly. The “support team” is not there to serve the customer and have been following up on the return multiple times a week getting the same answer. Telling me that Academy will not return their calls or emails to ship the gun back to them. I went to academy myself and they said that they never received a request from Grabagun. So they have been ignoring my requests and just dragging this process along. Have asked multiple times to get the contact info for a manager and that request has been ignored like everything else.
