Fastway Couriers Lost my parcel

I ordered some goodies from Shane company, and they shipped that to my by Fastway couriers company. Last week I have got email from Fastway that my parcel was successful delivered to me. Unfortunately I didn't get this parcel and I try chat with them about it. I create a few queries about that and try live chat with their customer service. So far any success. Customer service is very unprofessional, they don't provide any support and leave me with no answer. I should get answer for my queries between 24 hours and that's never happened again. At this moment I still don't have my parcel and any information regarding it. I try complain that both service, courier and customer care but again I can't find option to do that. I am very disappoint and I strongly advise against using their services.

Fastway Couriers Delivery not received

This company does not use any technology from 21st century. They just come to your door and call you that time. There is no automation or early notice to the customer, their delivery strategy is relying on chance. They assume you're someone staying home whole week, waiting for deliveries.

I placed an order for contact lenses on Apr 25 and vendor gave the packets to Fastway on Apr 26. They attempted to deliver on 27 and 28 without any early notice and I wasn't at home. They didn't give any options to leave the packet to a pick-up point, nor could leave to a neighbor. Today is 8 May and I have no idea where this packet is. Their website is like a joke, it repeats "Additional Information Required" messages since Apr 28, even I contacted their support on Apr 29 and informing with my address and phone again, which they already know from day 1. I let the support personnel know about my dissatisfaction and that I will not use Fastway again. Their support is sending me emails time to time like every 2 days saying "We've updated your address information and your delivery will be on it's way the next working day". I am thinking these people are making fun since I said I will not work with them anymore to the support personnel. Today is the 19th day that Fastway have my contact lenses with them and I have no idea what will happen next. Their service is far far away from being professional.

In case you need to work with Fastway, you may receive your delivery only if you are lucky. They are too far away from being professional.

This company took 1 week to send my parcel all over South Africa. It went from Cape Town to Bloemfontein, then it went to Vereeniging and now only God knows exactly where my parcel is. 1 week? I stay 250km from Cape Town / 2 - 3 hours drive from Cape Town. 1 week? I'm sure sending it with the doves migrating to Canada... that service would've been faster...

Fastway Couriers Delivery

My important package left its source in Northern Ireland yesterday evening at 18:04 and was brought to Portlaoise where it is now sitting unscanned and instead of being delivered today. I was informed by going to the Fastway office in Sligo that there was obviously nothing done with it in Portlaoise. I now have to lose a days wages on Monday as it is a part for my car. There is no way of contacting the courier depots. I am furious. My order tracking number is OY0000726616.

Fastway Couriers Damaged parcel

I to have had problems with Fastway Couriers and will not use them further. In short they are a RIP OFF!

They do not provide a next day service like other couriers even though they promise this.

They pay others couriers (and then stick their inflated charge on top) to deliver your parcel as they do not cover most of the areas in the UK. This includes the capital, London. Say no more...

My experience of this is that they go through multiple hold bays and depots and your parcel is nearly always damaged. Expect to get a comical story of why they cant compensate your parcel when they damage it.

There are lots of good couriers out there and half the price.
