I made an online purchase from Zara for which I paid a little bit extra so I could have the goods delivered on a specific date (03/09/2021) as I am on holiday in Spain and needed the delivery done today. Seur Non delivery of goods

In April bought freezer on line from company in Barcelona with delivery included in price. They use Seur delivery co. in Lorca who refused to delivery the freezer to my house saying they did not deliver large items to that area. Numerous emails and telephone calls to freezer company expressing my disgust and disappointment but Seur continued to lie saying they would deliver the freezer but it was all a con, just wanted me to go and pick it up despite me having no suitable transport. Seur were most un co-operative and obstructive, lying all the time to the freezer company. Later found very bad reviews on line regarding Seur (wish I had known this before). Apparently, Seur use these tactics all the time with customers yet companies continue to use them for delivers, which beggars belief. Beware of Seur, they will take you to hell and back
