My order from Amazon was nearly a month overdue so I called the shipping company. They said the address was incomplete but this is not true since I routinely order from Amazon using my address book on their website. I never have delivery problems with UPS or FedEx. I asked why I wasn't contacted about the address problem and was told that the company is a consolidator and once the parcel is handed over to a delivery company, the shipment isn't monitored and unless a customer calls in about a problem, the packaged is not tracked. If I had been contacted, I could have given an alternative PO Box address if this was what was needed. All I got were lame excuses from the agent I spoke with. The order had been returned to the sender and I was not notified at all. This company does not provide a worthwhile service to the public.
