celtrixa RIP OFF

I ordered this Hydroxatone Celtrixa Stretchmark Cream product after seeing an add on TV for a free 30 day trial, and was to receive a "FREE" 30 day trial. When I called to place my order, they explained to me that all I had to do was pay $7.95 for the shipping & handling and it would arrive in a few days. Well, it DID arrive and I opened the box to find 3 FULL size jars!

I had a BAD allergic reaction to the cream. When I went to my dermatologist he told me to STOP using it. So I called them up and they told me to return all 3 used & unused bottles and they would stop charging my credit card for future payments.

When I sent back the product threw the post office. I needed to write down this RMA#934905 and write it on the return box under the address, which I did. They also told me to get a tracking number and delivery confirmation form from the post office. I sent the product back before the date they gave me and did everything they told me to do. The post office has delivered and sent me back the signature confirmation paper, so I know that they had received the product back. They are still trying to charge my credit card and when I called their customer service line they claim they have NO record of receiving product in the mail.

I refuse to ever do business with this company AGAIN... THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST.

Signed me up for to different companies (today's escape and privacymatters 1 2 3) without my consent to charge my credit card monthly. I ended up having to cancel my card because in order to cancel my memberships I have to enter in te credit card information.

Celtrixa charge my credit Card 119.20 on an unauthorized charge for a product I did not request. They refuse to give give me my money back. With the help of my bank the customer care agent at X 398 from Celtrixa was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. She should not be allowed to talk to a living soul. This company is a fraud.

I too got ripped off by Acai Reduce. They weree to charge me $2.95 and they charged me $198.98 I called my credit card company today and they gave me a number to callit is [protected] I did calland the voice on the other end said they were closed for the day and that they would be open tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. so I will try them again tomorrow. meanwhile my credit card company has closed my account so they can't get anymore money, and they will send me a new card. They are going to look into it, and I hope I will get my money back from my company and they can get the money back from them.

Am I the only one in Europe who have been cheated by Hydroxotone. There is a company here, in Paris, that is called Pharmacie Anglo-américaine that debit my card every month since I subscribed for a free trial. When I tried to phone them back none of all their publsihed phone numbers answer and one of them does not even exist any more. I am going to the French police now to make a complaint.
Watch out - they seem to have their "agents" in Europe...
They recently charged me 148 euros - not dollars but euros for two tins of their cream that i do not even use...
WARNING FOR THIS COMPANY - IT IS A FAKE COMPANY... WHO GETS THE MONEY? and WHAT IS IN THE RUBBISH THEY SEND YOU IN THE TINS? cOULD BE ANYTHING.
THEY SEND ME A MAIL. OBVIOUSLY THEY WORKA VIA TV, MAIL ETC... CAN NOBODY GO TO THE POLICE IN THE STATES? hOW CAN THEY GO ON LIKE THAT MAKING MILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS?

celtrixa scam

unauthorized charges to my credit card i wasn't even recieving the product that I was being charged for. Product didn't do what it claimed to do. After contacting the company to complain and having a hard time getting a person on the line to speak with I was told that I could not get a refund that the postal service had delivered the product to my house which was a lie I was out hundreds of dollars . I was told that they would cancel the auto ship and would not be billed again., But the next month I was billed again for a something that I never recieved! This company is a SCAM! Do Not give them your credit card information.

To those with questions on changing credit or debit cards if you have been scammed. Yes, you must call the banking institution that issued the card, cancel the card, and request a new one. This stops annual payment of any product purchased on the card. Be aware that if you pay your montly bills using the card you plan to cancel your should immediately notify all companies of the card change. Otherwise bills will become past due and late charges will occur.

ANY stretch mark cream that promises miracles is a scam. Ladies, there is nothing aside from surgery that will get rid of them. TRUST ME. However, its not a big deal. They are just scars. I have them, you have them. Why is it such a big deal. [censor] CELTRIXA, [censor] FALSE PROMISES. [censor] MIRACLE CREAMS. Lets just be ourselves, adorn our scarred bodies with the cutest bikinis we can, and if any one has a problem, [censor] THEM TOO! I am so sick of people like Celtrixa using our insecurities to bate us into losing hundreds on [censor] products. So you know what I am going to do, bring stretchmarks in style.

If you don't have stretchmarks, you aren't cool. Stretchmarks are the new black.
