I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with RetouchUp. The folks who work there just don't seem to know how to talk to people. They were super unprofessional, rude, and just plain arrogant. I mean, come on guys, we're paying customers here! You'd think they'd at least try to be a little bit nicer.

But it's not just the customer service that's a problem. I also had some issues with the actual retouching work they did. It just wasn't up to par with what I was expecting. I mean, I know I'm not a professional photographer or anything, but I do have some basic standards for what I want my photos to look like. And unfortunately, RetouchUp just didn't deliver.

Overall, I wouldn't really recommend RetouchUp to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that can do a better job, and that also know how to treat their customers with a little bit of respect. So if you're looking for a good retouching service, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

So, I was looking for a photo retouching service and stumbled upon RetouchUp. I asked them for a quote, but I never authorized them to do the work. But guess what? They went ahead and did it anyway! And to top it off, they charged me for it! I was so mad, I could barely contain myself. And when I tried to talk to their customer service, they were so rude! I couldn't believe it. I mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but the least they could do is apologize and try to make it right. But no, they just acted like it was my fault. I would never use their service again and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

The service was top-notch, the quality was on point, the price was fair, and they got those pics back to me in a jiffy. Plus, they even gave me a ring-a-ding-ding to make sure I knew what I was gonna be charged. I'd definitely give 'em a thumbs up and suggest you give 'em a whirl.

I mean, come on. I get that things can get backed up sometimes, but if you're gonna charge extra for a rush job, you gotta be able to deliver on that promise. And if you can't, you should at least be willing to make it right. But nope, not these guys.

So yeah, I guess I'd say be careful if you're thinking about using RetouchUp. They might do good work, but if something goes wrong, you might be outta luck.

So, I was trying to use a coupon on RetouchUp's website, but it didn't work. I thought it was valid, but turns out it wasn't. The thing is, they didn't tell me anything about it and just charged me the full price. I was pretty upset about it, you know? I mean, I could have used a different coupon or just not ordered anything at all. But no, they just went ahead and charged me without even a heads up.

So, I decided to write to their customer service team and let them know how I felt. I mean, it's not like I was asking for a refund or anything, I just wanted them to acknowledge their mistake and maybe offer me a discount or something. But guess what? They didn't even bother to respond! I mean, come on, that's just rude. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with RetouchUp. I mean, their editing services are okay, but their customer service is just terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, to be honest. If you're looking for a company that actually cares about their customers, you should probably look elsewhere.

Retouchup.com is a bit of a mixed bag. You never really know what you're going to get. Sometimes they do a really great job with a quick turnaround time, which is always a relief. Other times, though, it can take them a full two weeks to get your order back to you, and even then, they might completely ignore your retouching requests. It's frustrating to say the least.

One thing that seems to happen a lot with retouchup.com is that my orders get flagged for internal review. This can take days, which is a real pain when you're on a tight deadline. And even when they finally get around to working on my order, they often come back unfinished with my notes completely ignored. It's like they didn't even read them.

When I've tried reaching out to their support team for help, I haven't had much luck. They can be really condescending and unhelpful, and sometimes even downright rude. It's not a great experience.

All in all, I'd say that retouchup.com is worth a try if you're in a pinch and need some quick retouching work done. But be prepared for some frustration along the way. Just don't expect them to always deliver on their promises, and don't count on their support team to be much help if you run into any issues.
