The quality of the ink is good and my kids are able to print out all kinds of things without worrying about the cost. The prices are very reasonable and the shipping is fast. I have never had a problem with my orders from 4InkJets.

I do not know about you, but I like to pay as little as I can for my black powder in a plastic cartridge. 4InkJets definitely makes that possible. Their prices are about 1/3 of the price compared to the other brands, but you still get the same amount of prints. I was pretty excited to make my purchases of cartridges from 4InkJets. A lot of my friends had recommended it as a reliable and reasonable online store for printing materials. So, I quickly ordered a pack of 4 cartridges. But, what followed was nothing less than a nightmare. It took almost three weeks for my package to arrive and when it finally did, there was just one cartridge in it. I was really disappointed as I had expected better from a reputed store like 4InkJets.

To sort things out, I contacted their customer service. I was hoping to find a quick solution to my problem. But unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. They promised to dispatch the rest of the items on the same day. But, it didn't happen. I had to wait for two more days for them to create another order. On top of that, the email with the tracking details I had received from them could not be opened. This was really frustrating as I had to keep guessing when my order would be delivered.

Finally, after a few more anxious days, I received another package from 4InkJets. But guess what? It turned out that the cartridge in the package was actually not meant for the printer I had ordered it for. I was surprised as to how 4InkJets made this error. And to make things worse, they had given a different order number for this package. I kept sending them emails to sort things out, but I never received any response.

To make a long story short, I would never recommend 4InkJets to anyone. The poor customer service, delayed delivery, and wrong shipment were all really frustrating experiences for me. I would rather go to another store that is dependable and has good customer service. Please learn from my mistake and forget about shopping from 4InkJets as it's just not worth the hassle.

I am not too pleased with my experience with 4inkjets.com. As a customer, I was hoping to get the perfect fusier for my Lexmark TS652DN printer. However, it did not fit upon arrival. I was disheartened to know that the customer service rep told me that the product cannot be returned. I even sent an email to their customer service and got the same response.

While I understand that it is partly my fault for not verifying the numbers, I would not have ordered from them if I knew about their “no return” policy. Sadly, they did not mention this policy during the checkout process, in the invoice they sent me, nor in the packaging when I got my order. So, if anything goes haywire with your order, be aware that you’re stuck with the product you bought.

The customer service rep that I talked to at 4InkJets was really friendly, and they made me feel like they were trying to help me with my printer issues. Besides the service, there's not much else that I can say about this company. I made a purchase of about $60 for three black ink cartridges and six color cartridges. Unfortunately, three of the six color cartridges turned out to be faulty. What a bummer!

They told me that the company would replace the faulty cartridges, and that I should wait for some return authorization forms and envelopes to be sent to me. I received an email from them about the shipment on August 20th, but it’s already September 7th, and I still haven't gotten anything in the mail yet.

Nobody picks up the phone within a reasonable amount of time and when you're finally prompted to leave a voicemail, you'll never receive a response.

In my opinion, this company is nothing but a bunch of thieves with no sense of morality or responsibility. Finally, I wished that I could give a zero rating to this company.
