I need my cell phone number to go back to Vodacom prepaid asap I need help cus I didn't authorize anyone from the beginning to offer me airtime or to change my cellphone number to contract but I was shocked when I heard from vodacom that I'm contracted no longer belong or need any service from them it is hectic, I loss my phone it was this year at the end of June 2020 while I decide to make simswap from Vodacom store I heard Sad news from Vodacom shop they said I have to go to jet I'm contracted with rmcs due to pressure of not u derstanding what goes on I bought simcard from Vodacom worth 106rand en I went to jet the cashier just diall number en gave me fone I talk to a male guy I said I need simswap he wrote everything down after 3 days nothing occured I call Vodacom still told me to go to jet en they gave me a number to call rmcs after 2 days from including 3 pass days I put simswap my number activated once again, so the fact is that I don't care cause I can't cope with all whatever occured without my concern cus when u ask them rmcs many question they duck en dive I told them to cancell those [censored] but things still the same en every month there an airtime of 65 I don't care about it i need help please asap my cell number is [protected] my e mail address is [protected]
