Thought I was booking a reservation at Hilton Short Hills but somehow got bumped to Reseervations.com. Received a confirmation from them but charges were $100 more than others going to same wedding were charged. Call Hilton Short Hills and they have NO reservation in our name. This reservation was made in May for a September date. Spent many hours speaking with numerous representatives who kept promising me to call me back which never happened. The Hilton at end of July is already booked for the date i needed. Now have no room and have not received a refund.
Claimed loss: $372.00
Desired outcome: Credit on our charge for the above fee and a new reservation near Short Hills, N. J.
