ReservationDesk.com review: Reservation desk is a scam

I was seeking a hotel in Canada and was comparing prices in CND@ on Booking, Expedia, etc. ReservationDesk appeared in a search and was about CND$20 cheaper so I booked with them. Then RESERVATION DESK CHARGED ME THE CND$ PRICE IN US$! The exchange rate difference was $95 in their pocket!

I thought it was simply an accounting error: I made 3 calls and sent 2 emails and they refused to correct the transaction so vehemently that I am pretty sure this was their strategy/scam all along. They refused to issue a refund for the currency difference because I “booked online” and “agreed to the terms and conditions.”
