Republic Services review: Trash was not picked up and it's several time it has happened

The green trash bin was not picked up by Republic services.. what is upsetting is that it has bin several times they don't come by and pick up, I call and the person I speak to makes excuses. However I took pictures myself for personal records and it follows their regulations. This service has lazy employees. Or just a bad service.
