Evergreen Disposal Evergreen has missed the last 4 recycling pick-ups from my residence and 2 trash pick-ups in the last two months

Evergreen has missed the last 4 recycling pick-ups from my residence and 2 trash pick-ups in the last two months. They have promised to resolve the situation within 24 hours and pick up the recycling/trash and have missed those commitments each time leaving trash and recycling bins at the curb for days. I have called Evergreen on 4 occasions and asked to speak with a manager regarding the poor service and have never received a return call. Each call to the company has resulted in at least 20 minutes on hold each time and a complete waste of my time. Normal trash pickup day is Thursday. My trash can has been curbside since September 1st. It was not emptied September 2nd. I called Wednesday the following week (9/8) and informed that because of the holiday our pickup would be Friday, September 10th. It was not emptied Friday, September 10. I called on Monday, September 13th and was told it would be collected by the end of Tuesday, September 14th. It has still not been collected Wednesday, September 15th. The company is (at best) difficult to contact by phone. We are paying for a service we are not receiving.

On July 23, I signed up for trash service from Evergreen Disposal. I pre-paid 3 months of service that was scheduled for once a week. It took over a week to get my trash can, but my first week of service went well. Since then I have only gotten service 2 times! That is 2 times in 7 weeks. I have called over and over again but either get a busy signal, a voicemail (which is never returned), or a promise that they will come and they never do. I've had my trash out for weeks on end and no one is picking it up even after I confirmed our trash day. I feel like Evergreen has taken my money and does not care about providing the trash service as agreed upon. I've had to take my own trash to a convenience center which is unacceptable when I'm paying for service.

Evergreen Disposal On June 15th I called Evergreen's contact number and said that I wanted to terminate their services as of June 30th since I sold the house

On June 15th I called Evergreen's contact number and said that I wanted to terminate their services as of June 30th since I sold the house. I asked for them to pick up the canister and they told me it would get done on Tuesday the 30th. I got my credit card statement and they charged me $100. So I called them July 20th and Michelle said I was charged the $100 because the canister was not physically out there to be picked up. Well, I still have camera access & could see that it was out there FOR A MONTH AND STILL IS AS OF TODAY 8/1. I contacted the buyers and the next-door neighbors they both confirmed that the canister has been out there since closing June 30th. I called Evergreen for 5 days in a row and they kept telling me the same thing that the canister is not out there. I know they expect me to bring it to them in *** and I am no longer living in ***. I read the other reviews and can see I am not alone on filing complaints on this company.

We contracted garbage service with Evergreen Disposal and our garbage has not been picked up on the assigned day for 4 weeks, making us leave our can on the curb the whole week until an arbitrary day. Aside from a P.O. mailing box, the only way they give to contact their business is via telephone. Their phone number has been off the hook ringing busy for 4 weeks. If I wanted to cancel service I could not, aside from refusing payment when billed as they handle all of that via telephone. I would like to know if our pickup day has been changed, or when we can expect regular service to resume. Pending information I would like to have a way to cancel services, should I decide to do so. They need to answer the phone and communicate with their customers. (if they could set up email communication that would also be acceptable)

First, on their recording they say they are "A" rated by the ComplaintsBoard.com, which is a farce. For weeks they have NOT picked up our garbage (or our neighbors') after weeks of calls and emails, which have gone unaddressed. In the meantime, I have not been offered any refund for the service I've paid for, and no manager has returned my calls or emails. Please help. Thanks.

Evergreen Disposal For approximately 3 weeks we have not had recycling services picked up

For approximately 3 weeks we have not had recycling services picked up. I have called 5 times now to request assistance in getting this completed as we literally have garbage piling up. I was informed yesterday on my 4th phone call that no mention of my calls was documented. During that conversation, I again requested a refund and for our recycling to be picked up to which they said it would be done by end of day (it was not) and that a manger would contact me, which did not happen either. I called today and they assured me this would all be completed by end of day and that the owner would be CCed on the request.I am not alone in this, multiple people within the community have not had their recycling picked up. The company blames a schedule shift they did under their own accord over a month ago on the reason why they are behind. There is barely any contact information for them and those who you can get in touch with have no way of escalating the issue higher.

I have paid my bill and Evergreen has not picked up my trash on the Holiday schedule. I have been calling them for two weeks and the phone must be off the hook because it has a busy signal literally all day long. Nobody has called me back or anything. If I don't pay my bill, I get repeatedly harassing automated messages. I also noticed several other individuals whose trash was not picked up as well on ***, Waldorf, MD. We will get fined for having such things left out with animals picking through the bags, etc. I would like my trash picked up asap on 9/8. I'm very leary because every holiday, they never do what the website says they will do as far as picking up trash.

We paid for bulk pick up. We were scheduled for bulk pick up 9/3. No one ever arrive me to pick up the bulk items. I called after the holiday and spoke the call center again on 9/7. We were rescheduled for 9/9. They again did not show to pick up the item. I called them they again rescheduled us for 9//11/21. I told them that was unacceptable and I would like to speak to a supervisor or manager. They told me I couldnt speak to anyone. So here I am with a mattress and box spring sitting out in the rain in front of my house. They refused to refund us any money. Not sure how else to handle this but by filing a complaint.

Evergreen Disposal I have used Evergreen for weekly trash pickup for over 4 years and had almost no issues until three weeks ago

I have used Evergreen for weekly trash pickup for over 4 years and had almost no issues until three weeks ago. August 16th, they changed their pickup day. They communicated this in advance, so we were ready. Since then, we have either had no pick up or very late (by up to 5 days). It has been extremely difficult to get through to speak to someone by phone. After a week of trying to call, I spoke with *** (sp?), who was not courteous or helpful. Initially, I just wanted information and reassurance that this issue was temporary and going to be resolved. But, because of Evergreen's apathy, apparent lack of concern and no sign of improvement, I want to cancel my service and asked them to waive the can reconditioning fee and provide a prorated refund for the rest of the quarter as I pre-paid through 10/27. I was told they will not give a prorated refund mid-quarter. *** (the manager?) texted me to say he'd call me back to discuss and has not returned my call.

In July , we received a notice that the week of 8/16 our trash pick up date would be moved from Thursday to Wednesday. The trash was not picked up 8/18 or 8/19. I called 8/20 and they picked up on 8/21 and assured no issues going forward. The following week, trash was not picked up 8/25 or 8/26. I have called four times and was told Im on their list and my trash would be picked up within 24 hours but it never was. The next scheduled date Wednesday 9/1, again no pick up service. I called and was put on the list again and was told my trash would be picked up within 24 hours. This trash has been sitting for two weeks in 90 degree temperatures causing insect infestation, hazardous smells, and issues with rodents. The lack of waste disposal is hazardous to public safety. I dont have the means to personally dispose of the insect infested trash and need assistance to elevate my concerns to Evergreen.

They have made changes in their schedule and missed our trash pickup schedules for Wednesday (3 weeks ago) and showed up the following Tuesday. Missed that Wednesday. They missed this Wednesday and it is now Friday. You cannot get through, phones are constantly busy. In the rare instance you get through, they "will make note of a missed pick up." Never any resolution. This is not just me but many people in *** County. I would like a management individual to contact me and explain the problem and refund me my money. I will seek to get another disposal company.

On August 13 I contacted Evergreen as a new customer. I was informed that I would be receiving a trash can within the next day or so and services will begin with the following week. It took 10 days to recieve the trash can. No trash pick up the first, second, third, or fourth week. Every week I called and asked for assistance. Every week, I was told that the trash would be picked up within a day or two. At this time, no service has been rendered. I called and canceled the service. I am awaiting a full refund but I do not expect to get one. The company has made numerous promises without following through.

Evergreen Disposal Our trash is supposed to be picked up on Wednesdays and Saturdays

Our trash is supposed to be picked up on Wednesdays and Saturdays. It has not been picked up for the last 5 Saturdays. I called on Monday April 12th at 10:08 am to speak to someone about this issue, I told them that my trash wasn't picked up for the last 4 Saturdays and I was told that my trash would be picked up within 24 hours and that she would send it to dispatch to figure out the problem. They didn't pick it up within 24 hours as stated and picked up on Wednesday which is a regular pick up day. Again it was not picked up on Saturday the 17th so I called again on Monday 4/19 at 8:43 am and was told the same thing. Its is now Tuesday the 20th at 3:01 pm and my trash is still there. We put it on the curb by 9 pm the night before and have plenty of camera footage to prove it so they can't say that's the problem and also footage that they don't turn down the street. Also I know they take my neighbors trash on the corner each time. I want to also be reimbursed for 5 days missed.

Evergreen Disposal We contracted Evergreen Disposal services early in 2021 to pick up our trash 1 time a week

We contracted Evergreen Disposal services early in 2021 to pick up our trash 1 time a week. We have had 2 or 3 instances in the past when the trash was not picked up. A call to the service center usually had a truck out within the next 24-48 hours to pick up the trash. This past Monday, 8/16 was a scheduled pick up day. There was no pick up. I called the service center on 8/17, was told they were making some adjustments to some surrounding neighborhoods pick up days, and that ours must have been over looked, that the trash would be pick up by COB 8/18. Trash has not been picked up and all calls to customer service between stated office hours 830-4 get an immediate busy signal, all calls after that time go directly to recorded message with no option to leave a message. In a quick *** search, they have no social media page and found one other customer having same issues this week. Quarterly payment was just taken 8/6 by auto pay,, now there is no response from

Evergreen Disposal Evergreen began a new route starting 8/16

Evergreen began a new route starting 8/16. Our trash has not been collected starting on 8/19. My Husband and I have made several calls to the business and requested the trash which is now piling up at the end of our driveway be collected. The trash has now been skipped on 4 normal trash days and 13 days total today. We have requested to speak to managers and even the owner to rectify this situation and are being told that "they will put a ticket in and get it out to the field manger via email" the business claims it has no direct way of contacting the Office manager or Field Manager other then through email. Meanwhile trash is overflowing, We have borrowed a neighbors trash can for overflow, maggots are forming, and animals are getting into the uncollected garage. We have paid for a service we are not receiving and are at a loss as to how to get them to pick up our garbage. We have called several times a day for 10 days straight. We don't know what else to do! Please help!

Evergreen Disposal most incompetent company ever

most incompetent company ever. out of the 6 weeks (mid june to end july)i have lived at my new address, garbage has been picked up 1 time and 0 times in the past month. you call and they say, "we will get a hold of the route supervisor to schedule a pickup in the next 24 hours." that's pointless because it never happens. i have to watch my garbage stack up for weeks before I have to borrow a truck to take it to the dump. how this company stays in business is beyond me. you try calling and the line is BUSY 90% the time. there is no customer service email and they refuse to tell where they are physically located to go there in person to actually get resolution. they tout "an A rating from the ComplaintsBoard.com for 10 years in a row" though. i was promised a refund once i finally had enough and cancelled service but it has been over a month and still have not received a penny. they clearly have 0 concern for customer service since yelp backs every claim i made. Accnt: ***. refund owed $87.72

Evergreen Disposal Because of inconsistent pickups and poor CS, we ended our service in July

Because of inconsistent pickups and poor CS, we ended our service in July. We were instructed to leave our empty bins out for collection on a specific date. Trash bin was removed (late), but recycling bin was not removed because our recycling hadn't been collected for several weeks and it was overflowing. We ended up borrowing a truck to take it to the dump ourselves so that Evergreen would come retrieve their bin and we could get our refund for the upcoming quarter. The recycling bin sat in our driveway for nearly 5 weeks. I called Evergreen 2-3 times every week and was always told it would be picked up tomorrow. By the end of August, they told me their driver had reported our bin as not at the curb, though we have photos (see Date Taken *** on attached). They said we wouldn't be getting our refund if they didn't pick up the bin. I warned them that if it hadn't been picked up by Aug 31, I would file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com; they told me to go ahead. The bin was never picked up.

On onMay 27th, Evergreen failed to collect trash in our neighborhood. So I gave them a call the next following day and was told that they will be at my house on Friday or Saturday. Both days went by and no trash truck. So, I called them Tuesday to notify them that my trash, along with the community center trash, has not been picked up. And was told that they would come by that following day to pick it up. They did not pick it up. I called Wednesday, they did not pick it up. I informed them that I was upset and my request has now transitioned into a complaint. They stated that someone will call me the next day or sooner. A day of pick up, on Thursday, for trash, The trash man pick the trash up and dropped the Cannes leaving residue of trash everywhere in the middle of the street. I took photos, also I called I am again to ask for a manager, and no one transferred me to a particular person. I am totally livid This is so unprofessional. It is unfortunate that I have to resort to filing

Like many other complaints against Evergreen, my Trash that is supposed to be picked up on Saturday has been missed at least 5 times now in the past 50 days. I received 2 letters and a VM back in August stating that Evergreen was changing my pick up day to Friday. They never once have picked up my trash on Friday since receiving those notices. I have called 4 separate times to speak to Evergreen to have them come pick up my trash - which they've eventually done on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I have requested a supervisor or someone of prominence in the company to call me back three times now to speak about the issue and no one has called. The issue persists as this weekend my trash was missed again. I put my trash out Thursday night and it's still out there on Monday morning, haven't been picked up. This is such an embarrassment for the company and very disappointing. Their customer service line is always busy b/c so many people are calling in to complain about their trash being missed.

Evergreen Disposal Inc. has failed to pick up my trash on four consecutive pick up dates (June 30, July 7, July 14, and July 21). I attempted to make contact with them on several occasions and have not gotten any results. I have had my HOA reach out to them w/no success. I also tried to call them following each failed pick up and either was on hold for an excessive time, received a fast busy, or told that "they have until 7pm" that day. Yesterday, I ensured that I had the correct pick up day for my development (I am in a new construction portion of an existing development) as no one had their cans out on Tuesday evening where I lived AND those on nearby streets had their cans out on Monday evening. I was again told that Wednesday was correct. Was promised callbacks from the office manager&today the field supervisor, NO ONE HAS CALLED! Plus the customer service reps lack empathy&repeat the same info instead of going the extra mile to resolve. I have had to dump my own trash for a month!

Evergreen Disposal August 1 - 20, 2021 and continuing

August 1 - 20, 2021 and continuing. I have Evergreen Disposal in Waldorf MD as my trash pick up service provider. They informed our community that they would be switching our pickup days starting on August 16. They were to continue regular pickups until then. Starting the first week of August they didn't come for the regular Wednesday pickup. We figured this was due to weather. Then they missed the Saturday morning pickup. So, that following Monday we called to find out what was going on. The call service representative was very little help and was too concerned with helping resolved the issue. They could not tell us when a truck would come to our neighborhood. This went on for 2 weeks. After being basically denied service we decided to end our service with them. It has now been 3 weeks and we still haven't been able to cancel this service because the manager will not return our call. Everyday I have to call and leave a note with the operator for the manager to call me for cancelation.

Evergreen Disposal I've used Evergreen at 3 locations & never had a problem until I moved to my *** address in April

I've used Evergreen at 3 locations & never had a problem until I moved to my *** address in April . Many times in 2020 I had to lodge complaints b/c my trash wasn't being picked up. It was so bad the driver had to take a picture for a month to prove he'd picked it up. It got better for a while. Then in June this year they didn't pick up 2 Saturdays in a row. I wanted to give them another chance so I called to file a complaint. They promised that someone would be there within 24 hrs to pick up the missed service. That didn't happen, but they did pick up the next 2 times. The didn't pick up again on July 10th. I called to cancel on the 12th. They didn't ask why I was canceling, but I told them anyway because wanted it on record. They neglected to inform me that they had just charged me for July-Sept. I requested a refund when I discovered it. They refused. I told them I would file a complaint w/you & they promised a supervisor would call me back. That didn't happen.

We (my wife ***, and I) have a once weekly garbage pick-up/disposal contract with Evergreen Disposal. Evergreen has not picked-up our trash in two weeks it will be three by the time the next scheduled pick-up date arrives. There is no email address for the business and the phone lines are constantly busy (in fact they ring a busy signal a few times, then simply hang-up). We have no way to contact them to even ask what is going on. Out trash is out the night before and still no pick-up, I tried both Wednesdays and Fridays, still no pick-up.On July 10 we received a letter indicating that our "trash pick-up day" would be changed from Wednesdays to Fridays, starting the week of August 16. It is not known if this is misinformation or if some delays have stalled the start date - but still, we've put the trash on have trash piling-up and no more room to store it.
