Republic Services review: Continuous missed trash pick up

Missed Friday trash pick ups -

I recently moved into Hall County (Buford, GA). I had been in Lawrenceville, GA Gwinnett County previously. I used Republic for my trash/recycle pick up for years. The sales office at my new subdivision listed Republic as one of the trash services available. So, no brainer, I transferred my service from old address to new address, which would start 1st week in August 2020. Since that time I have had maybe 2-3 pick ups, one was on a Saturday because they missed me on a Friday.

Last Friday, September 25, 2020, trash pick up was missed again. I waited thinking they would come Saturday 26th. Monday, still no pick up. I called Republic to tell them situation. I closed by account at that time, starting 10/1. Representative did promise me they would pick up my trash. I have called Republic every day this week and all the representative I spoke with told me they had put in a missed pick up and company would get trash/boxes the next day. No pick up Thursday am, 10/1, so I called and I asked for a Supervisor. Finally got their attention.

As of today, 10/1, no call back from Supervisor and still no pick up.

Apparently once you cancel your account, anything that didn't happen before that doesn't get addressed.

-I want my trash picked up today.
-I want Republic to pick up the actual trash bin soon (supposedly coming 10/9/20).
-I want a full refund for all I have prepaid through November 2020.

No excuse for them to not refund me, especially if not going to correct the missed pick up a week ago, when I was a customer then.
