See attached receipts for china and silver plated tray and teapot. Excuse for not buying merchandise is incorrect price given when I used their pricing sheets sent to me for the brands sold. One of the pieces of china not bought was because it had a crack. No pictures were given. They paid .01 and .02 for expensive pieces of bone china. This place is like a pawn shop. Probably good prices when buying merchandise but when selling very dishonest.

Claimed loss: I lost $454.86 on the Wedgwood China and $53 on the silver tray and teapot and $228 on the stainless steel Oneida silverware. Attached you can see the discrepancy on offers and receipt.

Desired outcome: All merchandise needs to be paid for or returned to me at their expense. They use bait and switch to keep merchandise that they don't pay for. They don't return what they don't buy so I am sure that they resell it at 100% profit.
