Renogy review: Online order

I purchased two heated jackets (that came with power banks) and two additional power banks, On December 1st I received the two power banks that came with the jackets but not the jackets, after several emails, phone calls, On December 8th I received two jackets the unisex jacket was open unzipped and had no paperwork it was just shoved in a USPS shipping bag, the Female jacket came in a crushed box wrapped in a plastic bag with paper work, To date 12/15/2025 I have still not recieved the two additional power banks, Nor has the company Renogy addressed the multiple issues even after numerous emails - phone calls - photos sent to the company - I can not seem to resolve the issue of being sold used and damaged merchandise nor have they resolved the missing items.
