I bought an engine from Repower Specialists Ltd for my 1995 Teramite T5C. The whole process went well. I took out the old Kohler M20 and put in the new Honda engine in just 4 hours. I didn't face any issues during the installation. All the necessary parts were included in the package. I appreciate Repower Specialists for their assistance.

The 14.5 Briggs and Stratton engine on my gravely wide area walk was priced at $1000 to 1200 everywhere I looked. The guys at Repower did some research and figured out a 19 hp Briggs would fit. An extra 4.5 hp and about $400 cheaper. Install was pretty easy. Happy customer.

Everybody that I talked with at Repower Specialists was very knowledgable with engine replacement. They recommended the Honda GXV690 to replace my Kawasaki FD611V-FS01 20hp liquid cooled engine and it was a direct fit for my John Deere GX 345 tractor. Both of the technical personnel were very helpful when I called with installation questions. They answered my questions and gave me guidance on how resolve my issues. I would strongly recommend this company for engine replacement.
I can't say enough about their customer service
I can't say enough about their customer service. I live in an area with bad cell service. They didn't let that stop them from reaching out to me to fix a problem I had with the tractor's wiring. They contacted me multiple times to make sure the issue was fixed. The kit itself is great. It has everything you need to easily complete the repower. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend them for the effort they put into the kit and the customer service they provide.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They sold me a Honda engine for my JD 420, but when I got it, I took it out of the box and put the right amount of oil in it before installing. After I installed it, I tried to start it, but the engine seized up. I took it to my local mechanic, who's certified by Honda, and he called me a few days later saying that it was run without oil. I contacted Repower Specialists, and they said I ran it without oil, which I didn't. They said it was my problem and I lost my money. Now I have a useless engine they sold me, and my JD still won't run.
