Plumber called ahead of time with estimated time of arrival. He also called to say he was running late. He installed new dishwasher for me and was very professional and considerate.

After my negtive review a week ago, I got a call from LT and my appliances were deliverd and installed the next day. The guys were professional and installed everything in a timely manner. LT followed up and we were extremely happy with his response.

I had Reliable Services install a dishwasher and microwave for me. The guy who did it was really good at his job. He knew what he was doing and got everything set up just right. I was happy with the job he did. I also wanted them to install a gas stove for me, so I asked if the same guy could do it. But they said he wasn't available on the day we had planned. I hope whoever they send is just as good as him.

I bought a dishwasher and microwave from Lowes and Reliable was supposed to install them. It took them 7 days to schedule the installation, which should have been a sign to cancel. The guy showed up on time and installed the dishwasher, but he didn't wait for the initial run to finish. After it was done, there was water still in the tub. I called Lowes like they told me to, and Reliable called me back 3 days later to set up an appointment. I told them I needed service sooner, but they said that was the best they could do and the same guy couldn't come back to fix it. I told them it was ridiculous to have to wait for service on a new unit and threatened to complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Finally, a supervisor called and scheduled me for the next day. I hope they can fix it in the morning. I'm not happy and I can't recommend them.

We got all new appliances from *** in Nov 2021 for our kitchen reno. We got 'em early so we wouldn't have a prob with our May 2022 reno. We paid for 'em to be delivered and installed by *** without knowin' they'd send it off to Reliable Services. Our reno started 2 weeks earlier than planned but we let *** know right away (to Reliable Services). They said someone would come check if the kitchen was ready for the appliances. A rep from Reliable came on Wed May *** the next day. When we didn't hear from Reliable, we called and they've been givin' us the runaround ever since and today is May 17. We've been without the cooktop for over 2 weeks 'cause the countertops were installed before the cabinets, which started on May 9. We couldn't get the cooktop delivered early 'cause they said all appliances had to come together. They emailed us sayin' the installation is now set for May 31, so we'll be without any appliances for 3 weeks. We can't get any help from ***. We've talked to multiple people who all say they'll call back, but we haven't gotten a single call back. My advice is if you buy appliances from ***, don't pay 'em for installation and delivery!

I bought an item from Lowes for installation. They told us that their contractor would come to assess the situation. They did the assessment and didn't mention any problems, so we thought the appliance could be installed without any issues. We purchased the item and scheduled the installation. They arrived on time. The installer, a young guy, took out the old appliance from our kitchen. But when he tried to install the new one, he said we needed to cut our counter walls to fit the new plumbing and wiring. We followed his instructions and showed him where to cut. However, he couldn't get the plumbing and wiring in and got frustrated. He said we needed someone more experienced to finish the job. We asked him to put the original appliance back, but he refused and left our house. Since then, we've made countless unanswered calls and received promises of returned calls. Now I have to eat out because I can't wash my dishes. I found out the hard way that the drain system was left unsecured, causing water to damage my cabinets, hardwood floors, and drop ceiling in the basement. I'm surprised that *** would associate themselves with a company that consistently has these problems. It's clear from the other reviews below. It's funny that they only respond to the positive reviews and don't offer help to those who have had issues.

In mid January 2022, I went to Lowes to buy an electric tankless water heater. They hooked me up with Reliable Services in ***, *** to buy, plumb, and do the electric work. A team came from Reliable to install on January 31, 2022. One dude did the electric work alone while three others stood in my kitchen and chatted about a guy getting fired. The electric team left after installing and left ONE *** to do the plumbing. Right from the start, I had kinda warm water, and the unit didn't seem to work right. There were like ten emails and five phone calls to a Mr. to fix the situation. After two and a half weeks, the plumber came back and adjusted my water pressure, but not even a week later, the pressure in all the faucets was super low, like you couldn't even use the water in the bathroom. I had to call the *** and get another plumber to fix the problem, so I had to spend more money on top of the *** I paid Reliable. The new plumber told me that the service ports on the heater weren't even installed. I emailed ***, and he said he would get the service ports installed. Also, there's supposed to be a metal disc that covers my gas flue over the unit. They said they ordered it...but it never got installed. They just put some cheap tape over the flue, which is not cool. I haven't heard from *** or Reliable Services in three weeks. I filed a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com against this company.
