Triple Service has been absolutely amazing. From the very first phone call with Dasie, who scheduled an appointment with Jeff, the level of service has been excellent. Jeff took his time to explain all of our different options, whether it was repairs or replacement. We ultimately decided to replace our furnace, and Andy, their salesman, came out to go over prices on new equipment. The price they offered for a complete furnace and central air system was unbeatable. We had received numerous quotes, but Triple Service was by far the best.

When it came time for the installation, Joe and Marco did a fantastic job. They took their time to explain everything to us, ensuring that we understood the process. Additionally, Dan and Brian were great during a follow-up appointment to clean our ducts. Their attention to detail was impressive.

Even the office staff, Michelle and Kim, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

Overall, our experience with Triple Service was excellent. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I contacted Triple Service on April 21st to request an estimate for a specific job. When I scheduled the appointment, I understood that the $40 fee would cover the assessment and quote provided by an individual who would come to my home. However, when the serviceman arrived on April 22nd, I was informed that the $40 fee only covered him knocking on the door, and an additional $40 would be required for the assessment. Feeling misled and pressured as a consumer, I decided not to proceed with any services. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I was unsuccessful, and eventually, I reluctantly paid the serviceman after he waited in front of my house. The company offered to refund my payment, but with the condition that I sign an agreement to remove my reviews, refrain from posting any future reviews, and not contact the ComplaintsBoard.com or any other consumer agency. I found this request to be manipulative and unethical, so I refused to sign the agreement, resulting in the withholding of my refund.

I hired Triple Service to completely remodel my shower. The installation took place during the week of March 14th, and the cost was approximately $9500. I have the documentation to support this. Last week, one of their workers advised me to contact the owner of the company, so I called them. Unfortunately, I did not receive any further communication from Triple Service after that. This morning, I decided to reach out to the city of Peru and discovered that no permits had been filed for the work done on my house. I immediately called Triple Service and spoke with the office manager, who informed me that the job was marked as complete in their records (see attached pictures). I expressed my dissatisfaction with the incomplete work and also expressed my shock and disappointment that the company had not obtained the necessary permits from the city of Peru before starting the project. They even made significant changes to the plumbing and electrical systems without proper permits, which is a major violation. Additionally, I was highly upset by the attitude of the office manager. It is astonishing that a company with a supposed 70-year history would allow such a situation to occur. I refuse to pay for a job that was done without the proper permits or left unfinished. I hope this complaint serves as a warning to other consumers considering Triple Service for their home repairs. My family and I have been left in a state of disarray because of this. In my opinion, this company should not be allowed to continue operating, and any employees involved in unpermitted work should have their licenses revoked immediately. The customer service skills of Triple Service are terrible, and their salesman failed to provide a full explanation of everything. They are nothing but trouble!
