Maids in Pink

Great cleanin service, frienly peeps, great customer service, price is clear!

Maids in Pink came to clean our house on January 17, 2022. But after they left, we saw that our sink and stove were messed up. Both things are less than 6 months old. We tried to talk to Maids in Pink a lot of times, but they didn't help us. They said they talked to a 'sink expert' (name: ***), and he said the scratches in the sink were old. We wanted to talk to him too, so they gave us his number. But when we talked to him, he said he didn't know Maids in Pink very well. He didn't know that the sink and stove were both messed up. He said that something was used to scratch the sink, and it wasn't just from normal use. We asked Maids in Pink who we were talking to, but they wouldn't tell us. They also wouldn't give us the name of a Manager or the Owner. This was the first time these cleaners worked for Maids in Pink. They said they trained them well, but something still happened. The cleaners even gave us their own business card and told us to call them next time instead of Maids in Pink. We don't know who to believe, but it seems like something went wrong.

i just wanna say that we super happy with the service from maids in pink. the team is so good at what they do! i would def recommend them to anyone!

maids in pink ltd is the worst. they didn't do what i asked them to do and i had to tell them how to clean. there are way better cleaning companies out there that cost less. i won't be using them again.

Stay away from Maids in Pink Ltd.! Their cleaners are not thorough and not detail-oriented at all. They leave dust on obvious surfaces like open shelves and garbage can lids. They don't care about making me happy and instead try to justify their poor cleaning by saying I didn't give them enough time. It's all BS!
