Say this. I chose this company over 2 other companies. They were more expensive than the other 2 companies, but the level of professionalism they exhibited was undeniable. They completed my job before the initial completion date. They are highly recommended.

Biggest fraud company and thieves. My home is still full of mold after the February winter storm in Texas after paying them $9000.00. They sprayed something around but mold is still there, and so many belongings missing. Just untrustworthy individuals. Don't let these people come into your home.

I recently hired this company after Hurricane [name of hurricane] for my Grandmothers Home. The professionals came out within 24 hours of making the initial call. The sales rep was patient and detailed with our questions. They made a difficult experience a bit easier. I would highly recommend this company!

The company came late...three hours and began sanitizing. One worker questioned me about what their orders were for the day. Mold was found and the wall cut. I will never call this company again. Mold smell was at a minimum but soon returned. Scammers united for the terrible quality job. Called several times but just promises. Do not get them.

I'm writing a review because Prestige Restoration & Cleaning Services stopped me from being ripped off by one large company that wanted to charge 54k to gut and mitigate my home. I called Prestige and they gave a price so affordable. Not only were they affordable but professional and respected me and my property. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

I hired these guys after researching different restoration and cleaning services, and while they were very nice, they clearly had no idea what they were doing. While I don't think their intentions were malicious, I think they are trying to capitalize on the work available, and just sending out young guys to do jobs that are out of their league, with no supervision. They didn't actually do any mold remediation, as they were hired for, so we came to an agreement and decided to end the job.

Contacted Partner Kenyan Smith - National Operation Manager. He was professional but it was all a sham. I was given a verbal quote and advised the work he would do for that amount. They did half the work of the initial quote but expected the full amount to be paid. When I requested an invoice, I was given a summary of work he supposedly performed from what appeared to be a standard work document of the type of service, most of the work was not done. I understand this is a small business, but honesty goes a long way. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS !

We wanted to make sure to take a moment and write a review because we actually had a great experience with this company. The difference in our home was night and day. The service is a little pricey but fair according to our insurance adjuster. They were very friendly and were able to get us an estimate and schedule the service fairly quickly considering the demand for this type of service in my area at the moment ( Hurricane Harvey). If you have a good experience with this company or any it is just as important to speak up as it was when you had a bad experience somewhere. Please remember reviews can make or break small businesses and people are quick to report the bad and forget the good. All in all I do recommend this company to anyone in search of mold remediation.

I would recommend Prestige Restoration & Cleaning Services and his company. I hired them to remediate mold after Hurricane XYZ. I was in desperate need of services because I was in the middle of selling a house. They were the only company I could find that wasn't booked over a month out. Despite that, they did not overcharge me on the price. The results spoke for themselves. Before this company's work, mold was found in 4 different areas of my house. A reinspection was done quicker than Prestige recommended (his crew needed more time). The reinspection results came back with all areas eliminated except one. The same day we got the results, Prestige sent his crew back out to re-treat the one remaining area. A 5-year transferable warranty was included in the services as well. I had a good experience with Prestige and would recommend.

This company is the absolute worst in my opinion. I contacted this company after seeing a flier on the internet for a flood that occurred in [city name], [state abbreviation] because they say they work in [city name] and several other cities. I called based on the certification that was displayed. A representative from the company came to my home and quoted me a trash out, sanitize and treat for mold price based on their observation. They started out pretty high at [initial price] and lowered to [revised price]. I called the next day and asked for a price with me having the trash already removed and was given [price] for a sanitize and treat the mold. Within a day or two, three men arrived in street clothes, the professed owner [owner's name] along with two others, one of whom had a pump with what I assume are chemicals, into the basement of my home and sprayed. One went and got a broom and was instructed to get a vacuum for a few small puddles of water. Once the work was allegedly done, I went down and asked a few questions and was told that all was treated and the smell should be gone. The next day I noticed there was still sludge on the floor. I called [owner's name] to be told that I need to give it 48 hours and go down and mop the floor myself. I'm not sure why, when they were paid [price] to "sanitize" which means to clean and disinfect. I also asked about a huge mold spot that was totally black and was supposed to be treated (remediated) and was told that the color would not decrease and I needed to paint with killz. The mold treatment and sanitation was on 7/4 but by the 48 hours that I was instructed to go and mop, the heavy smell of mold and mildew was back in the house. Not to mention that the floors weren't sanitized because there's still a thick sludge on the floor. I then called another mold remediation company who said that they weren't sure what any other company could've done because mold was very heavy and prevalent in the basement, you can even see a large area where it's growing and it has never been. I was quoted a new price from the new company. I would not suggest using this company unless you want to be ripped off. They did not do any of the job or follow any standards that they should've being mold remediation. They did not close off the top half of my house from the basement so that no mold organisms can penetrate the rest of the house. The air wasn't scrubbed nor the wall for mold. Mold spores are now I'm sure floating throughout my entire home because the smell of mold and mildew sure are. They took one canister of the chemical and I'm guessing that was the treatment that failed, but the sanitization of the basement never happened. My house is probably worse now than it was before this company entered.
