You will not find a better water purification or plumbing company! They were honest and up-front about the costs, including the potential for additional costs as they dug into the job. They worked with me to think through several options for adding water purification (reverse osmosis drinking water and line to fridge/ice maker) in addition to whole house water control with softening and balancing of the Ph levels. I've had them back several times for small plumbing jobs and they are always polite, on-time and reasonable in their pricing.

Liberty Pure Solutions came into my establishment on February 21, 2022, initiated the project, and now demands $9700 from me, despite the fact that we did not sign a contract and they lack the necessary permit for the work they performed. On April 4, 2022, I contacted the planning and zoning department for my county, and they informed me that Liberty Pure Solutions did not even apply for the required permit before starting the project. We have no written agreement or any documentation indicating that they were authorized to carry out the work; everything was based on verbal communication. It is perplexing how a commercial plumber can proceed without a signed contract or the appropriate permits. Throughout this ordeal, they have shown nothing but unkindness towards me as I attempt to navigate the situation.

Liberty Pure Solutions came out last August to install a new well pump and hot water heater. They did a good job with the installation. However, on February 23, I experienced a water outage and naturally called them for assistance. They came out and determined that the issue was with the pump, which they replaced under warranty. They mentioned that they were having trouble getting water and attributed it to a leaking toilet in my house, claiming that it caused the problem. They advised me to wait for 8 hours, as the water should refill in the well. The next morning, I called Tyler the plumber as per his request and tried the switch on the wall downstairs, but still no water. Tyler returned in the evening and attempted to resolve the issue again. After inspecting outside, he concluded that there was no water. I was left without water for 4 days, relying solely on bottled water. As a senior, this situation became increasingly difficult for me. By the end of the fourth day, Tyler informed me that there was no chance of the well ever getting water again and that I needed to have a new well dug. He provided me with his uncle's contact information, and upon calling another company, I discovered that I did indeed have water; the problem was with the pump. Liberty Pure Solutions had misled me, and their misinformation ended up costing me $475.
