My refund was processed by Rehlat on 11th july 2023 which was to be returned to me within 23-34 days but it has been more than 50 days and i still haven’t got any money from them. Its a fraud. The amount was 191 Canadian dollars for 2 flight tickets. The tickets were canceled and refund was processed and i even called rehlat 6-7 times and every single time they had simple excuse that our team is still working on it. It will be almost 2 months on 11th September since the incident. Please help me get my money back ASAP.

I made a flight booking for my family on July 5, 2023 on rehlat app for travel from Sharjah to Georgia for amount of AED 4985.42. Subsequently, the same day Rehlat informed me that my flight booking has been cancelled and they have initiated a refund for the full amount which will be reflected in 20 working days(which is very long). Now it's been 73 days since this email and I have not received any refund nor do they bother to reply to my emails. Kindly beware while booking with this company, I am facing big trouble.

Please help me with this,or I'll call the police.

June 2023 I booked a ticket to Philippines but they cancelled the flight but collected the amount from my Account. After filing for a refund, they said after 24 days maximum but hey, its more than 60days already. I have been reading complaints. This is I think how they paid they employees. Haram! You will never grow from stealing. I encourage everybody to file a complaint against this especially those in Saudi Arabia.

Booking Reference 2260610 Booked on 5 July 2023, I was hesitant when I saw all the bad reviews, And unfortunately they are a scam! Booked a hotel, their website decided to cancel the hotel with 0 AED refund. Ofcourse we called them, and it seems they are giving same response Im seeing in all the reviews (waiting for finance team). We call them weekly, no action taken, we send emails daily, same automated response, its a scam

Hi,now let me explain my appeal

First,I booked a flight from Sharjah to Georgia on June 28th in Rehlat,Booking id:2055319.

Cost:4985.42AED

Secondly,let me know no tickets available by email until four hours before the flight,and asked for extra money for another flight,I called the Rehlat and told them I want a refund.

And then,they told me to get a refund within 20 workdays,now 61 days and I still haven't received a refund.

I called five times to Rehlat,always give me 24 hours for a refund,deceiving me every time.

Finally,this money is my monthly salary,i just got my job not long ago,i really need the money.

Hopefully, my appeal will get me my money,please.

I have booked a hotel in Dubai from 28.09.23 to 30.09.23 via rehlat.com and amount of 20485 was debited from my bank.

I have not recieved any booking confirmation message or mail. On contacting several times, no response has been given from this company.

The hotel is Ramada hotel and suites by Wyndham, JBR, Dubai.

On contacting the hotel, mail recieved stating they have not got any booking for the above dates in my name.

This website seems to be fraud. It is requested to refund my money.

I requested a refund on a flight. Was told that it would take 20 working days to process and 7 working days to be added to my account (27 working days total). It has been over 34 working days with no refund and no answer to any emails. Very obvious that this company will take your money in the hopes that you will forget about your refund so they can steal it from you.

I booked flights via rehlat to book round trip flights for 2 people from Vancouver to Calgary. While one side of flight was okay, return flight was cancelled and so Flair Airlines Customer Service said they refunded entire amount= $635.64 but it never came to me so i contacted rehlat who said they are refunding me only $450. When I asked them that theres no way cancellation fee is $185 as theres no document stating this, they hung up on me. I emailed them few times but no response. I want to start a ticket to get this money back as I did not cancel the flight the airlines did and i have received no refund or response from rehlat.

Regarding to Rehlat Team 30 to 40 working days money will be refund and also they said 3 to 4 banking days means total 3 months my money is in my bank account.

But until today is you giving date is finished so please highly request to update me regarding my refund status.

And also I make many emails but rehlatis not reply my emails.

After booking flight tickets using Rehlat, after payment ticket not confirmed and they asked to pay double the amount which is highter than in actual airline charge, so i cancelled and asked them in written to refund in the same card. Booking was done with free cancelation.

I have contacted them prior to the cancelation and they have confirmed the money will be refounded in 20 business days. It has been more than 2 months since and no refound was issued. I have contacted them more than 15 times by phone and their only answer "please wait.asap", "our financials will contact you within 24 hours" but nothing happen at all!

I hope Dubai police is only the way to return the money. Rehlat doesnt respect the customers at all!

Absolute disgrace!

I booked a hotel room in the middle of May 2023(Rehlat ID: 2037965) and realised it was the wrong date so I cancelled which was 100% refundable. It’s now end of August 2023 and I received nothing after more thab three months. I’ve email them everyday for the late two weeks and the keep telling me in 48 hours after 48 hours, I told them it's really urgent and I urgently need this money because my credit card company is chasing me as well but I still get nothing.

I recieved a message from Rehlat after I booked a flight from BNE to MEL:

BNE - 7:00 PM , 28 Jun 2023 MEL - 9:25 PM , 28 Jun 2023

The message stated (and I am quoting):

"Refund for BID-1539/AU

Thank you for contacting the Rehlat Support team.

Due to some technical issues in airline website, we have cancelled your ticket and processed it for the refund.

The refund amount of 374.89 AED will be processed within 30-40 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank.

In case of any delay please send us an email for immediate action."

It has been more than 40 BUSINESS DAYS since I have received this email, yet they failed to refund yet, and every time I contact them via phone, they state that it is being processed, it may arrive. However, they fail to refund the flight they cancelled themselves initially.

I booked the plane ticket on the rehlat.com on June 27th,told me there were no tickets left before we left and asked me to pay for another flight,I only apply for a refund,until now,two months no refund,every call is a 24-hour refund,each time, there was no refund,and don't get an email reply!

Until I saw what happened to other people online,this company is a fraud!

Please note that I booked an airline ticket through Rehlat company website on 21st May 2023 . The e-ticket booking ID is (2047477) and the amount of AED 3418.71 was debited immediately from my credit card ( sms attached ) . I didn't recieve the ticket confirmation and when I send an email to check with them their reply was to pay AED 200 extra due the fair hike or to cancel the booking . According to that I request to cancel my booking and they replied me that refund to my credit card will take 60 working days .

Tell this moment the amount not credited . I contacted them several times through their land line help desk but just one time I catched the line and raise a complaint . Even many emails sent to their sipport team but no reply or follow up . The only channel for contacting them is through Instagram chat (refrence on Instagram 1160712) and they keep promising that the team will look for this issue to proceed on the refunding process .

Tell today 17th August (almost 3 months) the issue not solved and no one care or take the action .

Hey I have booked a flight from spirit airlines through Rehlat. Somehow my flight was delayed by 9hours and couldn’t reached on time to Baltimore from Austin on 7th august23. I claim refund and I received text that from spirit airlines my refund has been processed to Rehlat. I tried to contact Rehlat customer care and drop an email also but didn’t received any positive response. The amount is of 2tickets that is 129$ and 129$
