Ticket ID 1639038 this is towards emirates airlines eticket1766096651167, the flight was cancelled by airlines due to airport closure due to pendemic.
The refund is pending for more than 8 months. In March rehlat asked me account details of bank account for refund which was immediately emailed and until now no refund made. I am following by emails and calls to customer care which dint gave any refund till date. I am waiting for more than 8 months in this difficult time to get refund. The passenger is my mother for whom I am still waiting for refund.
Actually my dad ticket was cancelled due to typing error which rehlat rejected to add surname of same person and I lost on cancelation charges too after which I booked my dad ticket directly from emirates airlines and that refund I got with in 2 months of refund request.

Please help me get the refund it's hard earned money. This is loosing trust on Rehlat.

Booking id: 1640431 this is booking is done in oman airways and the flight is cancelled due to covid-19, I requested the refund around 16 months back and the airlines policy will be they can initiate the refund after one year of booking date. As per policy 9th january 2021 completed one year of booking date, I speak with the airlines directly and they already initiated the refund to rehlat team, but your side you not giving the response, please do needful for this case, other websites are doing well in the refund criteria, rehlat only the website they are not giving the proper response the customers, if the situation continues they will lose the customers. Escalation, refund amount Airlines already refunded, but REHLAT finance team not yet refunded my account I already submit the rehlat refund request form still, the response only there escalation the issue but till now there is no closer please kindly close the concern team.

For more than 8 months I am struggling to get my refund but without hoping,
I am always getting the same answer from Rehlat ( We regret to inform you that the refund application is pending from the airline's end for authorization, request you to please bear with us until the refund application gets authorized. ), kindly, help me to get my refund

Hi My booking ID is 1702993, I am following up with Rehlat team almost one year for refund process. Please see the below snap, Rehlat confirmation that the refund will be processed within 60 days from 29th Aug 2020 but today date I used get the response striving to close the case at the earliest but it's quite unfortunate that the refunds the getting delayed, kindly allow us time and we shall update you as soon as it's done. Could you please look into this and let me know the exact status of the refund process?

Further to the above (Booking ID 1702993), I have contacted the Customer care and logged the request/complain Ref: 646613 and it will be responded within 24 hours. The response would be remains same as "it's quite unfortunate that the refunds the getting delayed, kindly allow us time and we shall update you as soon as it's done".

Booking ID 2888859: My name is Taj Fatima. I cancelled my ticket in 25th mar 2021 and still my refund has not been processed. Only emails and follow up is going on but there is no solution to it.
Rehlat is hopeless. Just coz I didn't get my refund processed on time, I am paying all the interests charges from my end from past 2 months. Now who is responsible for all those extra charges which I am paying.

Due to the current situation in India the airline cancelled the flight and they refunded full amount to rehlat the proof of cash refunded to rehlat with me from the airline side I already frwd that to your executive they said for 4 tkts each tkt we charge 50 aed for administration charge for cash refund that I also agreed then why my cash not yet credit back to my account. my another two tickets that also cancelled on January 2021 cash also you guys not return yet I cannot loose and wait for my money anymore time. Iam a genuine customer for rehlat in past couple of years [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com you can check both these ids how many tickets did I purchase through your site so on this pandemic situation cannot spoil your company goodwill because in this case the full genuvine proof I collected from airline and frwd to rehlat through email so no more excuses to me.

How long I have to wait for my refund ?

My booking ID 1516570 and 1516548. Flights were cancelled and refund was requested. Rwhlat received refund from kuwait Airways last year itself. Have been promising from last year but didn't yet received the refund.

Always sending template message, no process from their side,

Airlines processed refund one year ago. Still rehalt holding the refund and telling due to covid, lot of volume etc etc.

I never heard from anyone, they got refund from rehlat.

Please find the attached document of proof that Air India has already Refunded you the Money o 09th Feb 2021.

But still we are yet to receive the refund from rehlat.

We are getting same reply from rehlat since Janaury 21, 2020 till current date and still the payment not credited to our accounts. As per rehlat they are saying t their email that not approved from their accounts department.

Please check & revert back as soon as possible.

Rehlat booking id :1586772 and i give the refund request around a year ago, the booking is done for air india flight and i speak with airlines directly for the refund status, they tell to me that they initiated the refund on 28th march-2021 and they give the refund number also, i will share the refund number for your knowledge i.e [protected], since rehlat not initiated the refund, i already speak with a customer care around 20 times and they not take any action for this case and i completely disappoint about the website, i tell one thing i booked around 100 tickets and above in this website, due to this reason i completely quiet the website and i suggest my colleagues those who are booking the ticket in rehlat to stop booking with them, please take needful action for this case otherwise u can loss lot of customers,

Whats wrong with you, why are you not giving my money back, from last 1.5 years i am following my refund. Two times i filled your online refund form, before filling i checked all my account details through my bank. and still you are saying details are wrong. This is absolute example of torture.

Just return my money on the same account from where you received. Whats the big deal in it.

I booked my ticket in 02nd of may 2020 because of this pandemic i didn't fly. I still waiting for my refund it almost one year now I'm calling to call Center and there still sending same email. Every one booking ticket from your company is hard earning money and rehalat ascamming people like this. I check with airline they send me a mail they already refund ticket value to ticketing agent
But rehalat telling every time I call still not parroted by air line I'm waiting for some answers thank you

Ihave booked two flight tickets via Rehlat website and as soon as I paid they just disappeared! I never received any payment confirmations or my tickets. These guys ruined my vacation and stole my money. This website is the worst I have ever dealt with!
I tried to contact them many times via email and never received a prompt reply. And when I tried to reach them via phone they did not pick up. What a scam! I bet that all the positive reviews abut Rehlat are fake!
I'll try to warn everyone I know about these guys! Avoid!

This complaint in regards with the refund not credited for the cancellation of ticket which i have initiated from my end in Rehlat on 20-01-2021.

I have booked a ticket to travel to AbuDhabi from trivandrum for my Grandmother, due to a pandemic I was forced to cancel the ticket and request a refund. I have requested for the refund on 20-01-2021 and they confirmed me back via email within 60 days i will get the refund amount which i am eligible for AED 1042.

But after several follow up emails still haven't received the refund and I am getting the same answer doing our level to get the refund ASAP.

Hi,
I have cancelled my flight (Booking ID: 1719343AE) on 13th April 2020 and awaiting the refund. This is more than 1 year already and there is no update regarding the refund. I have done a minimum of 45 follow ups through mail and call altogether and ends up the message like "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to delay in the refund process. We are checking with the concerned team, Once they update us we will let you know the same.".

Really bad experience.

Your customer service is very worse than anyone in the world I see.

I have been sending emails for my refund for more than 1 years. You peoples are sending same reply but nothing worked from your side. Without any status of my Refund

I don't understand why are you holding my money.

If you cannot return my money. Please reply me any reason.

I never see any progress in your company regarding my return.

I have received confirmation from Airline that the refund should paid directly by REHLAT due to flight cancelation!

I have bought a flight and the money was deducted. However the company never issued a ticket as the airline was never paid. Every time I call them they confirm the ticket will be issued the next day and then the day after etc. Etc.

They send a fake email saying that the ticket is confirmed, yet the airline says it's not and they didn't pay them. Meantime they refuse to refund and refuse to issue a valid ticket.

They are committing fraud and they don't seem to care.
