I purchased tickets, on a Tuesday, at 6am. I was under the impression that Regal still had their discounted tickets on Tuesdays. When I logged into my app, it showed full price. No big deal. I bought the tickets. I decided later that day to just check again. This time I saw the discounted tickets were available. Per the confirmation email when I bought my tickets, it stated you have up until 60 minutes of the movie showing to cancel and get a refund. I tried to cancel, got an error message that said I had to call the theatre. I called the theatre, and was told they couldn't do anything. This was almost 4 hours before the movie. I then emailed customer service, explained everything, and was pretty much told...good luck next time. Because of this experience with Regals customer service and how they treat a long time rewards member, I will never be going to another regal movie. There are a ton of other options near me. If I had been at least been told sorry or our apologies, I would not be writing this. The fact that they don't stand by their own policies and flat out ignored a complaint and brushed it off says all I need to know about this company.
Recommendation: avoid ever having to communicate with customer service
