Redfin review: Misleading promises and sales pitches

Found out the reduced listing cost only applied if the amount of commissions was higher than a minimum commission amount set forth by redfin...In my case, I was was charged an additional.5% which was about $700. Then bought with redfin and did not receive a refund because redfin only made a minimum amount on the sale of my house... Loss was another $570... What a ripoff... Redfin promises never happened... Buyer beware and don't use them.
