Redbubble Items Never Received

I ordered 2 face masks that were said to be delivered however I never received them. I tried to follow-up and speak with someone and there is no way to get through to a live agent.
It was supposed to be delivered on 12/20.
The website shows it is still in transit.
When I click details it says it was delivered.
With the conflict information I have no idea what is going on, I just know I don't have what I paid for.

Redbubble Payment taken but product not received and order was cancelled?? how

RE: ORDER # [protected] - WALLACE AND GROMIT MUG BY BASKET PRO.

I ordered this item and my order details came through on 09/11/21.
Stating it would be delivered between 11th and 15th November to
Georgina Bishop
8 Longmoor Lane, Breaston, Derbyshire, DE723BB.
Money came out my account ($29.03)
When I look into where the order is it says it was cancelled.
I have had no communication to say it was cancelled and no money was returned.
I have contacted them at least 3 times on the online link to communicate with them. No response received at all.

Redbubble Charged for products I never received.

I ordered $157. worth of art from Redbubble early in November. I never received an email receipt, but thought to copy down the order number and details before I closed the purchase confirmation window.

I checked for the email receipt for several days but never received it, so I tried to look up the order on their site to see what was going on. The website said it couldn't find my order! This blocked me from further research and, apparently, any hope of receiving customer service. The only phone number to call is their headquarters in Australia, which didn't strike me as a useful option, since I live in the US.

Sometime later, I received 5 of the 10 items I'd ordered. The box they came in was smashed open, with the art creased and rolled so tightly it is virtually unusable.

I finally thought to check with UPS again on the remainder of my purchase's whereabouts, only to learn that the expensive items now reside in a "dead mail" facility in Maryland. How and why that happened is anyone's guess--literally, since there's no way to contact Redbubble if the site can't locate your order. There is no one to ask, no one to help.

I consider Redbubble to have stolen about $100 from me. I will tell anyone who will listen that they are a fraud and a scam. I certainly will not be ordering from them again.

Redbubble Account suspended for no reason

Account was suspended, no reason was given for the suspension. I did not violate any rules, but I do believe I was brigaded because of a satire design mocking the alt right.

It's been almost 2 years, still suspended, still don't know why. I've asked support several times, only get automated responses. It is impossible to get a hold of a human at redbubble.

Redbubble Order never arrived as stated in Redbubble email

My order never showed up as the confirmation email said. I have tracked it several times to no avail. I have searched the website. All tracking says it arrived. There is NO WHERE on the Redbubble website to phone a live person, access an email address or have my specific problem addressed. This is probably to worse customer service ever in the history of mankind. Of course I am exaggerating that last statement. But I was informed to make my complaint lengthy--seems unnecessary to do so. I guess I now hit the minimum number of letters as suggested to get someone's attention.

Redbubble No response to fraud complaint against vendor

I ordered a T-shirt from RedBubble at the beginning of October 2021. When I hadn't received anything by Oct 15, I checked my order. It had been cancelled by the vendor without my permission, and I had not received a refund. When I used the RedBubble website to send three Help emails, I received no responses. There are no phone numbers posted, and no other way besides emails to contact anyone. I'm very upset that I spent so much money on a T-shirt and received no refund! Order #[protected]

Redbubble Product I ordered and received

I ordered a boys hoodie from Redbubble. I received it and it looks nothing like picture advertised. I sent pictures/proof and was told it could take 24 hours to get back with me. Well it's been a full week and nothing. Apparently there's no such thing as customer service because all you can do is send that request and wait and see if anyone will ever see it or if it's just [censored]. Redbubble Package delivery

I placed a rather large order of items and while it says "package was delivered" none of it actually arrived. The support bot was useless, I've gone in circles trying to find out what to do. My address was correct, everything was good but they never actually sent my package. After seeing this board I know im not the only one who they've seemed to do this to… I'd like to get my money back so I can order from a better vendor

Redbubble Ordered Items Never Received

I ordered items from the website, paid extra shipping fee to expedite the order as I needed them sooner than later. Never got the items on the date indicated for shipping. Have emailed the company with little to no reply to my situation. Have asked for a full refund and have not heard anything as of today. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor customer service. Rip Off in my opinion.

Redbubble Product not received

We placed an order on 28July of 2 posters, 1 mid90s Alternative Poster Art and the other Movie art racing by Happyhourat5. We paid through Pay pal and payment was successfully received. Delivery date was supposed to be on 9th to 11th August but posters did not arrive. When we traced order (order no is #[protected]) it shows that it has been delivered on 11th september but we did not receive the posters at our end. Can you please check or else refund us back the money paid . The amount was Eur 31.22 . Thanks

Redbubble Account Suspended for No Reason

On July 23, 2021, I received an email stating my account was suspended. My shop's name was SproutingArtist. The email I used was [protected]@gmail.com. I had only had the account open for twenty-four hours and uploaded one piece of artwork that I had created myself using Procreate on my Ipad. The artwork was original and not owned by anybody else. I have tried contacting their support and only receive an automated response with a link to the FAQ page. My artwork had no profanity, copyrighted text, or trademarks. I have emailed and asked my account be deleted. I still get an automated reply with a link to the FAQ page. I am bewildered and would like an explanation of what prompted my account to be suspended.

Redbubble Why was my account suspended?

I have already applied twice about the account blocked on May 15, 2021. No explanation. Only a "sophisticated robot" responds to requests, which each time, instead of answering, gives me only links to the Redbubble site, where you can find out that:
Our team isn't able to respond to all appeals, nor are we obligated to disclose the nature of the account suspension.
You will only receive a response if we find that the account was suspended in error and will be reinstated.
The "sophisticated robot" over and over again invites me to complain about him to him. The robot decides to permanently block the account, the impossibility to create a new account, or correct violations in the old one. At the same time, I am absolutely sure that I did not violate anything, and my account was blocked only due to accidental use of VPN. Perhaps the IP address coincided with someone else's blocked account, not mine. But the robot again invites me to study the account appeals process, and again report the problem. For a long time everything was fine, I did not add any new designs, but once I used VPN, and immediately the account became blocked. Who knows what else can be violated without knowing it at all? It turns out that on any day, any account can be suspended just like that, and no explanation. What is the account recovery form for if no one reads any requests? Does it even make sense to write to the Redbubble robot?
Is there any chance that a human, rather than a robot, will read this?

Redbubble Help Center after an order is cancelled.

The Redbubble Help Center is useless if the order has been cancelled and you need help with the reimbursement process. The system does not recognize cancelled order numbers (a required field) so any of the Help Center submissions fail. Is there a way to contact someone about billing issues?
It would be very helpful if the Help Center could be updated to support cancelled orders.
The ultimate resolution is to be reimbursed for a charged but cancelled order.

Redbubble T-shirt

I placed an order on April 17, 2021. I have yet to receive my purchase even though it says it should be delivered by now.

According to the site, it says it's still in production.

I checked and this t-shirt is made in the US, so I'm not sure why it's still in production and hasn't shipped yet.

I've contacted customer service through the site twice to no avail. My card has already been charged, and there's no way to get my money back. I just want my shirt. Thanks!

Redbubble Never received my item

Hi!
I placed an order on March 30, #45062940. According to tracking, the package went to Jacksonville Florida, then back to California. I've spent about an hour now trying to get help with this. The site is extremely difficult to navigate. The help center seems to put me in an infinite loop.
I've sent two emails that have been sent back. Please help me to locate the shirt I ordered. It's a present.

Redbubble Did not receive confirmation email or tracking number

I did not get a confirmation email for my purchase and was charged the full amount on my card. I would like to speak to someone over the phone but I cannot find a phone number to contact customer service anywhere. When trying to submit a request it does not go through. It continues to say to choose another reason. I want to make sure my order will be delivered and I would like a tracking number and order confirmation. It would also be nice to speak to a representative instead of emailing a request.

I ordered a Passover T shirt with a picture of a cat at the front and the back as offered; it has the picture only on the back.
