I have followed all of the safety guidelines but my account was suspended for no reason and without any warnings or explanation. I have contacted customer support many times asking why my account was suspended, they never replied and when they did it was so broad and it only stated a link to the guidelines. this is a very horrible service and website. i never got the chance to fully enjoy it as my account was closed on the second day that i registered.

    my redbubble got sus to and i had like 4k in there and i have linked my paypal account will they pay me my money ? i didnt even do anything wrong i send them messages they say wer working on it like wtf

    We are all the same for that.so we have to write bad review in all their social media cause they are not respecting anything.

    My account also been suspended :( No reason, no answer. I suppose the problem was in my browser's VPN that was casually ON in the moment of my last log in to Redbubble...

    @1enchik Finally after 3 letters to support, message to Redbubble's Facebook and about one week of waiting my account was enabled back!

    I have joined redbubble for 4 years. They always delete member's account (a large of number!) every 4-5 months (without any reason!). Disappoint and hate their working style. Spreadshirt is my alternative marketplace now.

    It was a glitch. They rebooted and my account is back up.
    But I did notice my sales dropped somewhat after the new CEO took over.

    @TmPsg Mine just got shut down today the 14th. I have no clue why and have yet to hear back from them. I hope its a glitch, but them not getting back to me I have to wonder. At this point, I just want the money I earned.

    It happened the same to me. I tried to opened 6 more accounts with different emails and using VPN but it's impossible. They have take it to another level.

    After adding one design they deleted my account. Sent emails to support but always with the same answer.
    I'm selling now in another platforms and I'm making even more profit thanks god.

    They suspended mine after I chose to navigate using a VPN. A few things:
    1 They pay you the pending money after the suspension (I had about 240 Euros)
    2 Your stuff is no more available, so they don't "steal" your artwork.
    3 They "just" have a terrible, disturbing "censorship sistem" and an even worse client service.

    Happened to me also. After I submitted my work the site just immediately suspended my account. I even created two accounts and both of them got suspended!!!

    And their immediate message after suspending my accounts is bs.

    My account was also suspended as I was about to submit my first work also.
    2 emails and 20 hours and I still haven't got an answer.

    Don't waste your time waiting for an answer. Just move on.

    My account was also suspended as I was about to submit my first work. I don't know what happened. I was using the computer of an internet cafe that time.
    I also contacted redbubble but nothing is happening. Guess I'll try other websites.

    Same here. I'm from Malaysia. I tried to check my design and then it suddenly logged out and said it is no longer active. I contacted them and still no reply after 7 hours. I tried to open 3 account it's all suspended at the same time..I'm frustated. I have no more email to use. I'm officially moving to Teespring and Zazzle. It's way better than this sucks website. Peace out.

    Same here. Now i dont know what to do. That was a large waste of time. No one answers my email. Its just an autoresponder saying they will get back to me within 4 hours and nothing. Im in canada. I dont like the other sites ive tried. What are the solutions? Left in the dark i dont trust redbubble anymore.

    @Tina Douville I'm in the US, I tried to login this morning my account was suspended with no warnings or explanation. I emailed them but it's been more than 4 hours and no response yet. It really sucks since I was just starting to sell a few things.

    @Tina Douville happened to me also im from bosnia, they suspended my account next day no explanation just autoreply and when i contacted them again they sent me this

    "We had to suspend your account, because we noticed suspicious activity that violates the Redbubble User Agreement and/or our published policies. We ask that you do not open any new accounts in the future. Any other accounts found to be owned or operated by you will be suspended immediately. "

    the last line made me really angry they suspend my account without any reason and threaten me to suspend other account related to me

    It happened to me too. I just register it today, and suddenly my account got suspended without any notice. I'm so frustated as I have share my shop's link on my social medias and suddenly this happened.

    Just happpened to me. I was about to submit my work and suddenly my account has been suspended. Tried to log in and account was no longer active. No explanations or emails from redbubble for the reason why. Horrible!

    Redbubble implements a device fingerprinting technology named ThreatMetrix ID provided by a digital security company called ThreatMetrix. The ThreatMetrix ID software (comprising of SmartID and ExactID) is capable of uniquely identifying your device and tracking users' website usage across pageviews regardless of web browser, internet connection, cookies, user agent string, IP address, etc. Based on the data collected, the ThreatMetrix software builds an internal confidence score to determine the probability of a user being a fraudster. The ThreatMetrix software is deeply integrated into Redbubble to give it the ability to automatically suspend accounts created by fraudsters or repeat infringers looking to abuse the platform. ThreatMetrix has various whitepapers published that describe at a high level the capabilities and sophistication of its smart device identification and device fingerprinting technology. The chances of the account being reinstated are next to impossible, and the Redbubble Content Team will ignore your messages and emails. In other words, good luck trying to convince Customer Support of your innocence. When an account is suspended on Redbubble by ThreatMetrix, the account is immediately logged out and the user is shown the message "This account is no longer active. Please contact Customer Support for assistance." Additionally, visiting the account's shop page on Redbubble will show the message "This account has been suspended. Return to the homepage"

    @A3EFB1F2 So is there any security using redbubble? How can you make a business if the page can be shut down for any reason without warning or answer from anyone? I just did that and wasted a week of my time getting my page ready. Now its gone and theres no answers from anyone.

    @Brenda Sahagian Be glad it was just a week you lost. I had years of work on redbubble and they ambushed me with no reason or warning at all.
