Red Mountain Funding

Red Mountain Funding Inc is not worth even one star. My husband and I filed for bankruptcy, and they know this, but they won't close our account. We have to go back to our lawyers to get it done. It's ridiculous. They're lazy and won't do their job. You'd think with all the bad reviews they'd close their doors.

Don't listen to the one star, this company is below that. They're a bunch of disrespectful, immature, unprofessional people who don't care about having a good business reputation. They act like they care, but then they turn around and screw you over. They set you up for failure instead of helping you stay on track. You tell them what you need, but they only care about themselves. They're like a repossession company pretending to be a finance company. They argue with you on the phone for hours, even the manager Al Vendt and Tiffany. They don't care about customer complaints and their responses are short and rude. They act like they're helping you, but they're really just setting you up to fail and then blaming you. I'm trying to sue them now. Don't use this company, they're lying and unprofessional.

This car dealership was the worst experience I ever had. They scammed me and my fianc by selling us an unsafe lemon vehicle that wasn't road safe at all! They prey on people going through tough times and sell overpriced lemon vehicles. I almost got into dozens of car accidents with that vehicle. I couldn't risk my family's safety anymore. I made my payments on time every month and was promised a service if the vehicle was dangerous. They lied about the service and treated me and my family poorly. The general manager didn't care about customer service. They even tried to garnish my wages years later. They are thieves and shouldn't be in business. I returned the vehicle and told them I wouldn't pay for a vehicle that doesn't work and can kill my family. They still try to garnish my wages and add to the amount due. Remove them from business!

This company is not a good choice for car loan funding. They charge biweekly and take multiple payments from your account or card on file, which can drain your account on your due date. The charges happen at different times during the day. I paid more than I was supposed to and spoke with two different receptionists and a manager in one day. I paid my auto payment in the morning and then gave a credit card for a second payment to get ahead. However, I was charged twice more that day, which made a total of three payments in one day. I noticed my account was drained, so I called to get it figured out. The manager said they would reverse the two payments that were charged twice, but they didn't do it that evening. They also said that they would take more money from my account to return the money they've already taken, which was not true. They charged me a third payment to reimburse my extra auto payments. I had to wait a whole week to get all my refunds, and they came on different days. My account was supposed to be paid one payment ahead with an additional credit card phone payment, but it was overlooked or forgotten. I've been brought to a negative balance in my checking account today because the autopay card on file was charged again. I will be charged fees for overdraft, and I was already ahead. I need to be reimbursed for this. It's unacceptable, bad service, and stupid, honestly.

I had purchased a vehicle with USA Auto and besides the mechanical problems I had faced I loved the car and was completely satisfied with the company. Unfortunately they do not keep your loan and after a few months of on time and early payments I was handed the misfortune of being a customer with Red Mountain Funding. I soon learned there seemed to be no way to contact by phone getting an error message of "check the number and dial again" on multiple phone lines. This didn't work out as they like to berate their customers vocally and not through email. Every employee from the ground all the way to the GM Al Vendt are derogatory and juvenile in the way they treat customers. I had fallen into a bad time and luck kept getting worse. As i push my car after an hour and a half of working on it in the middle of a busy phoenix street to get it out of gear my phone flew out of the window and was ran over. I sent an email in regards to everything and their response was to tow the car. It has been almost a week and they still will not respond to my emails so I can at least pick up personal effects from the car and this has created many issues since now I have spent any monies I had left to try and find work without a car that was my only source of income. It has been made obvious through their communication that they waited till right before the holidays to have it towed out of spite. Extremely unprofessional and not a way to run a business. Out of everyone there I would like to thank Ciera as she was the only one who would help where she could and contact me the only ways possible.

I got a phone call on the 25th of November asking when I was going to make a payment, they left a message. My payment was due to day earlier, I had called to make the payment but there was no answer to the phone - understood due to Thanksgiving of course. I called the same day, on the 25th to make the payment after I heard the message, it was around roughly 2:30pm, well within standard business hours for them without any answer, figured the receptionist may be busy so called back at the other desks, no answer. I figured it's possible they were let out early for Black Friday so decided to call back on the following day, the 26th. I did so several times, no answer again from any of the desks. It's now the 27th, I've tried calling a couple of times during normal business hours and again, no answer. I even left a couple of messages, one with the Boss and another with Reception who handles over the phone payments, no response and that was on the 25th!

I'm fully expecting them to try and pin me with late fees. I made it perfectly clear on a message that I have kept logs of the times I've called and the dates as well as the messages incase they do attempt to charge fees or repo my car I have from their loan agency. This company has several complaints easily found on google that relate to any number of suspicious activity with Red Mountain Funding.

Avoid at all costs! If they attempt to charge anything, I will report it to 3 on your side or any number of other News Stations as well as to the police.
