I recently bought two dresses from Red Dress Boutique and I was pretty excited to receive them. Before I made my purchase, I made sure to check out their return policy. They said I had 14 days to return the items and I would lose $8 for shipping. I thought that was fair enough, so I went ahead and made the purchase.

However, when I received the dresses, I realized that one of them didn't fit me quite right. So, I went back to the website to initiate a return. That's when I saw something in the small print that really surprised me. It said that all sales are final if you use a discount code. What? I couldn't believe it. I had used a discount code and now I couldn't return the item or even apply a store credit.

I was pretty disappointed with the service from Red Dress Boutique. It seems like they're willing to lose return customers just to save a few bucks. I wish they had made this policy more clear before I made my purchase. They claim that the fine print is very clear, but I didn't see it until it was too late.

In the end, I had to eat my money and keep the dress that didn't fit me. It's a shame because I had other items in mind that I would have ordered if they allowed returns. I hope Red Dress Boutique will reconsider their policy and make it more customer-friendly in the future.

This store for clothes is really bad! And from what I can see from other reviewers I'm not the only one that feels this way. Customer service is the worse I have ever had to deal with. I used a code for Black Friday and they would not return or exchange for a smaller size I was not even asking for my money back. The items WASN'T on sale, I happen to use a code for Black Friday and they would not allow an even exchange or even store credit. I have never heard of such a thing. Red Dress doesn't care about its customers it's alll about them! And be ready for a RIP OFF if sizing is off or you are not completely satisfied with an item. I will never shop with them again.

Do I have to wait until December 10th or later to order to stay within the return window? And why can't I use a coupon? This is the only online or in-store retailer that doesn't do an extended return policy during the Christmas season. And they're the only ones that make items a "final sale" if you use a coupon. I'm never shopping at Red Dress Boutique again! There are plenty of other businesses out there that are way better at customer service.

So, I just bought three dresses from Red Dress during their 20% off sale. I was super excited to get them, but when they arrived, I had mixed feelings. I would definitely not recommend Red Dress Boutique to anyone. They're liars and scam artists, and they don't care about their customers at all. If you're looking for a good online store, go to Shein or Fashion Nova instead. Don't waste your money on this place.

If I had known they were going to charge me, I probably wouldn't have sent the items back, and I definitely wouldn't have used their label.

I've been shopping at RDB for a long time, like maybe 7 years or so, and I gotta say, I love their clothes. They have some of the cutest stuff I've ever seen, and they style their models so well that I end up buying the whole outfit. Plus, the prices are pretty fair, which is always a plus.

They even have an XL guide on there, but they don't even sell XL/Plus clothes anymore (they used to, though - what happened?). When I asked about it on Instagram, the boutique said that many girls didn't like the specific sizing chart and asked for a generic chart. But I don't believe that for a second. How could people not appreciate exact sizing and knowing if the garment will fit you or not? Size small girls need to know if it will be too baggy, size medium girls like to know if they should size down, up, or buy the medium, and girls who are 5'7+ would like to know the exact length - not an average or an inaccurate number. So for the boutique to say that they changed because of the customers doesn't seem genuine to me. I can't find any reviews or feedback or emails from RDB customers asking for a generic sizing chart. If they exist, please share them with me to back up your comments.

They also said that they would have a chat on their page so I could ask questions there. So I tried it out. I wanted to know the sizing on about 6+ dresses and tops, so I sent them every top and asked for the length and bust for a Large. They saw my message because it told me Oa was online and checked it. But I never got any kind of response about my inquiry, and I didn't get an email about it either, even though they make you add it to chat. I was really disappointed that I didn't get the service they said they would deliver.

I've told a lot of people about this ridiculous change and the boutique's response to it. I'm just not impressed, and it really breaks my heart. I feel like the boutique is being lazy for not adding individual information for each garment. They're going to focus on a "descriptive" fit guide, but most of them are just copy and pasted. Why not add the bust/waist/length info in there too? Come on, RDB, step it up.

Don't fall for ads and use your head. And never buy anything from them.

I will never again use the website www.reddressboutique.com. I have purchased the dress, but it was shipped 2 weeks later. I was shocked, because I paid for the fast shipping and asked the rep to ship the order as soon as possible. But he temporized and I wasted a lot of time. It was terrible and of course I posted negative review on the website, but they didn’t care about it. Run from them.
