REI charged me for stuff I never got
REI charged me for stuff I never got. I tried to reach out to them, but they said it was delivered. It wasn't mine and it wasn't delivered. I checked the cameras and didn't see anything being delivered either.
I bought a $350 tent from REI in September
I bought a $350 tent from REI in September. Despite not using it much, it already has a tear. I'm guessing the tear won't get smaller. They told me that since it's been over a year, they won't do anything except sell me a patch to fix the hole, which shouldn't be there in the first place. A purchase this expensive should last longer than 20 months and a few uses. I don't want a refund, but I think they should put the price of the tent towards a new one.
I ordered 3 pairs of Arc'teryx Zeta SL Rain Women's Pants from REI
I ordered 3 pairs of Arc'teryx Zeta SL Rain Women's Pants from REI. But when I got them, they were wrong. So I reached out to REI and sent back the whole order. They got it over 3 weeks ago, which is longer than expected, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I've tried many times to sort this out with REI, but they won't fix the issue. They owe me a complete refund! Here are the order details: Order number: #A238583698 Return tracking number:

In da past, I've asked n' got dividend checks fo' reward credits dat I done earned on mah cash back REI mastercard
In da past, I've asked n' got dividend checks fo' reward credits dat I done earned on mah cash back REI mastercard. I called REI last summer fo' advice 'bout REI's decision ta transfer mah cash back U.S. Bank REI mastercard account ta ***. Dey told me dat I could git a statement credit on da new *** cash back credit card fo' da rewards I had earned on mah U.S. Bank cash back credit card afta da transition ta ***. Dey told me dat afta da transfer of da account was complete, I should call REI ta make shizzle dat da reward credits had successfully transferred, n' if dey hadn't, I should request a dividend check. I called REI today, now dat da transition ta *** seems ta be complete, n' dey told me dat mah reward credits had been transferred ta *** up in June, but I could only git in store credit fo' da rewards, n' a statement credit wasn't possible. I used ta shop at REI stores when I lived near dem, but I no longer live close ta one. As a result, shoppin' at REI ain't convenient no mo', n' I ain't got no desire fo' in store credit. Cuz of da wrong info I got from REI last summer, I'm askin' dat REI send me a check, or give me a credit card statement credit, up in da amount of da rewards dat I done earned on mah REI credit card. In exchange, I'd agree ta delete da rewards on mah credit card up in dat amount.
