Great place to buy gun parts and fire arms this is my go to online shopping place fast shipping reasonable prices just wish they had a real padding area

Ordered an item and have recieved to shipping details. Will not answer emails and phones are off. Requesting a refund on the purchase. Falsely selling item they dont have.

They are very responsive and and so far their products are top notice. Additionally their site is very easy to use. I highly recommended this team for any future purchases!

Wow! Always pleased with their customer service and fast shipping. During a time when companies are using Covid-19 as the reason for slow shipping, Primary is getting orders out very fast. A+

Never had any issues with PA ,always receive things within a week to a week and a half. Only had to contact customer service once about a question regarding an FFL item. No wait time on the phone question was answered quickly and on with life we went. I would definitely recommend PA to family and friends.

I had tried for months to get a certain part and finally snagged one from Primary Arms (PA). Even though UPS botched the delivery process and it was returned to sender, a PA named Leslie worked with me and shipped it again free of charge. Leslie was super helpful, and I now have the item in hand. I was more than satisfied with their handling of my purchase and situation.

Disappointed tried to support local businesses in my city. I ordered two mags from here which states they ship in one business day .its 5 days later and nothing .when asked could I just come pick them up .they said they where being shipped out that day .never happened. So when I asked to cancel they said ok .so if they had shipped how can I cancel. It was all a lie .I will not be doing business with you again .

They sold me a used FN bolt carrier group for my AR-15 build at an exorbitant price. At the time, I was desperate for a good NEW bolt carrier group and I was willing to pay for a NEW bolt carrier group, The one I was sent had no FN markings and was all scratched up and had rust spots. I immediately sent it back and I was issued a refund. I would not do business with this company again. I would give less than 1 star if possible

Customer service is low on their priority list. Often takes repeated requests and reminders to make them honor their promises once they agree to correct an issue. They also seem to care very little about repeat customers and those who spend significant amounts with them. Now that there is NO LONGER free shipping on orders under $100 there really isn't any incentive to continue to do business with a company with such poor customer appreciation.

I placed an online order for a few items early Monday afternoon. Primary Arms had had the order picked and shipped, the same day and expect it's arrival, today (Thursday). I'm very pleased with how quickly they shipped my items. Additionally, they provided regular shipping status updates via e-mail that include the *** tracking links embedded. It couldn't have been easier to track! On top of it all, I got a great price on what I bought. My (first) overall experience was fantastic and I will do business with this company again.

I ordered 3 items and the package I received only has 2. One item is missing but the packing slip still says 3 items in the pack. So I took pictures and sent email to primary arms. Their phone is offline and I sent 3 emails in 5 days for the issue and only got meaningless auto replies which do not solve any problems. This site used to be fine but now it gets no customer service and low quality handling, missing items in a package is the worst thing you can expect for a online seller. No response to the serious mistake makes it even worse.

terrible company. dishonest, unprofessional, crooked. they held the money for over a month and lied to me that my FFL was denying the transfer. I was in direct contact with the FFL and they had the audacity to keep refusing to send items and lying to me that it was the FFL(an individual who I have always used alot), and he assured me that they haven't even tried to contact him yet. after going back and forth for over a month, I decided to cancel my order. did they just not have it in stock and still want my order once they receive a new shipment? are they just a crooked company that keeps trying to steal people's money? who knows. regardless, took money from customer and lied for over a month while I was trying to be patient and understanding. it happened in this order: if they didnt lie to me about it being my FFL, if they didnt try to tell my FFL that it was my fault, if they didnt take my money and still keep it for OVER A MONTH while ignoring my emails on a weekly basis(because orders shouldnt take over a week to process), if they didnt keep lying over and over and were just honest, then it would be a different tune. but primary arms has proved to be a crooked company, and I will recommend all my friends and family to stay far away from them and their products.

Update: I recently wrote a rather negative review of PA on ComplaintsBoard.com and following discussions with Jimmy at PA I withdraw that review. In my view we simply had a break down in communications. I would like to thank Jimmy for his patience and explanations as to what happened with my order, as well as publicly apologize for some unfortunate words I had used. This is a decent company trying to do its best in an ammo world that has gone off the rails. My only suggestion is to communicate more openly and descriptively in these circumstances to prevent misunderstandings.
Original Review: Primary Arms is a horrible company. I ordered 2000 rds of ammo at a decent price. The very next day I get an email saying, oops, we're sorry, we screwed up, the ammo is no longer available and since we're such nice people we're going to cancel your order! What they could have done was to state yes we screwed up your order, so we'll either 1) send you ammo of the same quality at the same price, or 2) leave your order open until we receive a new shipment of what you ordered. Or if you'd like we'll cancel your order. This would have been the best way to handle it, but no, they just unilaterally decided what was best for me and canceled the order. Anyone writing reviews on here thinking PA has excellent customer service, just wait, given enough time they will screw you over just like the rest of us

My first experience with Primary Arms was horrible. I purchased an optic from them that was misrepresented as a magnified optic that turned out to be a poor red dot. I wrote a scathing review of the product and returned it...Primary Arms contacted me asking me to re-write the review. I was insulted. Fast forward a few years. I decided to give them another chance and was well pleased and wrote favorable reviews. Hey, it seemed they turned a corner, so good for them. Unfortunately, Primary Arms returned to form on my last transaction. I ordered some items at the very beginning of December. They highly recommended SmartPost (a blended service of FedEx and USPS) since straight USPS is apparently horrible in Houston, Texas. I abided by their recommendation, they very quickly billed my card (rather exorbitantly, I add), they quickly made a label and eventually shipped it. The item has yet to arrive at USPS, here on the last day of 2020. That it is delayed is not so much the grief. Of course, I deeply resent paying more than twice the price of USPS Priority Mail and having the item still in transit; a situation I do not feel would have occurred had I not heeded their advice. That they were soooo prompt on charging the card and so tardy on replying to correspondence is the kicker and the true measure of their business ethics. They have received my last dime and I have yet to receive a reply from them. I was taught long ago that you're judged by whom you choose to associate both on a personal and professional level. I do not recommend anyone who chooses to be considered honest, hardworking, and ethical to associate with Primary Arms.
