RealPage review: Unethical/Anti-Employee Management 6

Wow! Seems like I'm not the only one who has gotten screwed over royally by this corrupt and unethical company! I was treated just as badly for all the time I worked at that hellhole, and the management and pretend Human Resources department just completely IGNORED all of my requests for help! And get this! I asked them why management or HR don't care about the welfare or safety of their employees, and the HR manager told me "It's not our concern"! Seriously! She said that to my face!

So apparently you can be terrorized, harassed, sexually harassed, and even beaten and possibly murdered, and all they are going to tell you is "It's not our concern"! And thats what happened to me, harassment, sexual harassment, and mental cruelty, and all Realpage has to say is "It's not our concern"!

I also had money stolen from my paycheck without my consent! And when I tried to stop it, all they said was "too bad, you are never getting it back"! The state said it is legal for them to steal money from your paycheck without your consent! So there's NOTHING you can do about these criminals stealing money that YOU worked for from your paycheck! And it's not even tax related money! They are obviously legalized criminals protected by the state! Which means they are paying people off right and left in government offices to get away with all the illegal and unethical crimes they are getting away with!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This place is ghastly. I have been shoved and almost tripped down the stairs, and the hateful goon didnt even stop to help me or say they were sorry. Company stole money out of my paycheck too. They gave it back though, but then they go and do it again after I told them not too! They have to be paying off the law, because I've tried reporting them to the government, and all they do is tell me the same response you get. They pay millions of millions of dollars for a new buidling, but cant be bothered to spend a few dollars to train the foul degenerates they hire. Zoo animals are better trained than these nasty people. Zoo animals treat each other better than the thugs at this place. The CEO doesnt do anything either. I wrote a letter about all this and sent it to him, and he never even acknowledged me. Ive heard he's a coward and a pushover. He lets people walk all over him. If thats true, theres no reason for this man to be CEO of anything! And it must be true, because things just keep getting worse, and they keep hiring more hateful, mean, and prejudice people.

that describes pretty much everybody at Realpage!
they don't care anything for anyone else at all. no respect or consideration for other people at all!
these people are gross, hateful, mean, and most of them are just plain physically aggressive to others, and the company just doesnt care at all!
i wouldn't be surprised if people have gotten stabbed and the company covers it up.
i know people get doors slammed into their faces all the time, cause those mean jerks RUN through doors and dont care who they bash on the other side! they don't even stop or say "sorry". they just give you a dirty look and keep on going! i even saw people in the hallway get tripped and the ones who did the tripping just keep on going like they didnt do anything. and the company still doesnt care.

management is all talk and no action.
they never back up anything they say or claim they are going to do. its all lies.
i had to leave because nobody there has any manners of any kind. one of the most sickening places i have ever worked in my life!
and i mean that literally and figuratively.

if you just want free paycheck, not having to really do anything all day, and be the most disgusting degenerate you want to be, then get a job at this hell hole.

This so-called "multi-million dollar company" has their company "picnics" at some rundown, super ghetto "park"! I mean really?! These people act like they are "cream of the crop", but they can't afford a NICE, SAFE, CLEAN place for a company function?! CHEAPSKATES!

As of today, they still have, and hire, aggressive, hateful, vindictive, and abusive employees. And just when you think the lethargic, uncaring management can get any worse, they prove you wrong! The so-called "management" is nothing more than untrained, unprofessional hacks who have NO CLUE how to manage anything or anyone. My so-called supervisor is completely useless! He REFUSES to take care of ANY of the MAJOR problems going on in our department, he REFUSES to confront or fire abominable and useless employees who literally get away with anything they want, and he REFUSES to do or say ANYTHING that might make somebody mad at him! He's more involved with keeping up appearances as a "good person", and not getting anybody "mad" at him, rather than running the department the way it NEEDS to be run and actually managing the people in it! All other corporate offices I've worked at in the past have fired these kinds of people, simply because they are total wastes of company money, and make it difficult for anyone who is actually interested in doing the job right!

There are employees who have said to be there for YEARS, and yet they know NOTHING about their jobs, much less do ANYTHING at all except play "pass the buck"! All they do is "pass the buck" onto the next person or department. So clients are constantly pissed off right and left because their problems, questions, concerns, and bills don't get handled by the people who are supposed to be handling them, they just forward them on to some other department for them to handle, and then THAT department forwards it onto ANOTHER department, and so on and so on. There is NO training at this company. They just sit you down in front of a computer and give you your login info, then walk off, then you get "trained" by idiots who don't know what they hell they are doing.

And the corporate level execs just could not care LESS. Just like management, they keep spouting "pretty words", but there has NEVER been any actions to back up the things they claim they are going to do.

Until this company hires some execs with balls of steel, who will make a clean sweep throughout the entire company, they will continue to get worse and worse until the whole thing just falls in on itself.

Yeah, I had a friend who worked for Realpage and heard all sorts of horror stories from her.
First off, there is supposed to be a dress code, but nothing in the company handbook is ever enforced. Apparently the management at this company are management in name alone, as there is no such thing as deterrents, disciplinary measures, write ups, or terminations for the hateful, lazy, and worthless employees, because the so called management there allows anything and everything to go on.
My friend also told me there are a lot of people who work there who get free paychecks, as all they do is show up, push their work onto other people, and sit there and play games on their pc's all day or watch tv on their phones all day. According to my friend, she said a couple of these people have been there more than 5 years! I'm like WOW! Five years of FREE paychecks and benefits from a completely uncaring, blind, and inconsiderate company!
I asked her why she left such a company if you can get such good FREE money like that, and she said the harassment was getting to the point of becoming violent. She had no choice but to leave for safety reasons.

And the sad thing is, I hear this from a LOT of my friends!
