I rented a home for a year from Pineapple Homes LLC. The homeowners have not returned my full security deposit, neither have they issued me with any kind of report, photos, absolutely nothing of any claim of damages, Now 3 months after leaving the home and sending the homeowner numerous unanswered emails they have just decided to keep $1000 with no explanation of any kind. Contractor, Cody Collins, working under Liberty Homes out of Georgia built my driveway 8 feet encroachment onto the neighbors property. Knowingly! Sold me the house without any notice of the potential for encroachment. I was told the line went down the center of the land between the driveways. Neighbor is requesting the driveway to be removed. Upon checking and a survey, he was correct.

I signed up for this without reading the reviews, I cancelled via phone a few months ago but the didn't cancel the subscription and kept charging the 320 bucks quarterly. You gotta ready the fine print with these scammish companies. So they wanted it in writing 10 days before the next quarterly billing. They wouldn't accept the email or phone call termination. I never got 1 dollar in ROI with this company. Broker Beware!
