CQ Orlando Realty review: Eric Weigand

It seems that the word is getting around on this slob. In April, I had the misfortune of having to deal with him. I gave him a $2, 000 deposit on a rental property in Orlando. When it came time to finalize the lease, he called to tell me that the property was unavailable. I heard from him four days later, when he said that "the check is in the mail". I haven't heard from him since. His employer seems to know nothing of this transaction. Last Monday, a legal action was initiated. This man, Eric Weigand, is shady. His name is beginning to appear all over the real estate market websites, like a blinking light. He is on four scam sites. Beware of this man. He will rip you off.
