Ken Hatfield RE/MAX Professionals review: Complaint 1

I Should have payed attention to the discrepancies in his promises to help sell our home. "Hassle free"
He was never available to talk to or answer my phone calls.
We did not see him for the open house to bring in new potential buyers. The open house sign was upside down and he was a no show on A last minute vacation.
After we digitally signed the agreement to have our home sold at a set price.
We received the copy and the percentage for the commission and sale of our home was higher that we agreed upon. Ken emailed with a response that that was a typo and his sister would have to rewrite the contract.
The lock boxes he provided to let the potential home buyers were always jammed and did not work on several occasion and the people we had to struggle with the lock in the freezing cold out side.
There was no intention of swapping them out for working lock boxes. Again this was neglected to be fixed to save him money. There was other un trust worthy things He had done that was not mentioned.
I just want everyone to know to be aware of what your signing and double check the contract. By the time we were done dealing with him for the sale of our home we had been in a state of discouragement with the sale of our home and don't trust false promises and his lies of what he is "going to do for us".
