Currently an owner where tenants have stopped paying rent on time for 6 months straight, 2 of the months left unpaid, and unpaid water bills all totaling over 10k. I’ve been told tenants are unresponsive until they need A/C repair request for a party they are throwing, where I’m losing more money since they are not paying rent. Paid for repair cost and tenants continued to not pay rent. I have been consistently reaching out about payment status to no avail. I have been hopeful that this issue will get resolved to remain a homeowner under BMG but current situation is getting worse. Tenants are moving out soon and there hasn’t been enough communication, coordination or assistance from BMG that is showing otherwise. BMG is also holding a fee that is not required without my request per management agreement.
