DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
I moved into my unit on October 27, 2025 and within days I experienced some of the worst property management I have ever encountered.
First, at move-in, Property T Management attempted to overcharge me for a full month of rental insurance, even though I only lived in the unit for 5 days of that month. I immediately notified them and requested the correction, but no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I have never spoken to a property manager, despite repeatedly asking to speak with someone higher than the office staff. Due to their lack of communication and unwillingness to correct their mistake, I had to serve them with a formal written complaint.
Then, today, things got worse. The unit they moved me into has a known history of sewage backup, which was never disclosed to me. After a full day of rain, I heard bubbling in both toilets. When I went to record it, raw sewage began pouring from underneath the toilets and filled the bathtub, flooding the bathroom with contaminated water. This is a severe health hazard and completely unacceptable. Neighbors later told me the previous tenant had the same issue and had to shower at a gas station because management never fixed the problem.
Management’s neglect, lack of transparency, and failure to maintain the property have made this entire experience a nightmare. Because of ongoing safety issues and their refusal to address any concerns, I have already submitted my notice to vacate—less than two weeks after moving in.
Future renters: stay far away from Property T Management. They do not communicate, they do not maintain their properties, and they do not take responsibility for their own errors. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Recommendation: STAY AWAY
