N. L builder is the biggest fradulemt organisation in entire builder loby in mumbai, during the time of selling flats their sales people give all false commitment, we had purchase flat in shivalaya apt.In sep 2009 constructed by nl builder during the time of selling the property builder had commited that they will form the society with in 3 to 4 mounts period time but till today they had not formed any society and they are charging form us very high maintenance every month and are also not maintaining the society also this builder is having some under world contacts and always try to scare us we are also not allowed to give our flat on rent and if we plan to rent our flat then we have to pay any sum of money demanded by builder also while selling the flat we have to pay big sum to builder this thing are very wrong but cannot do any thing as builder is have a group of gundas who my haress you if you go against the builder also material used in construction is totally faulty entier electrical fitting had to be changed as wires and buttons used were of very poor quality also tiler and bathroom fittings were of very low quality as compair to the sample flat shown to us by the builder
