I moved from Boston to Plymouth, MA and used Real Deal. I've moved a lot and was amazed by their service. The person who set up the move was super nice and the cost was close to the estimate. The moving crew was great. They worked hard, solved problems, had good humor, and were polite. I'll tell everyone to use Real Deal Van Lines because it was the easiest move I've ever had. Good job!

Moved from Gardner, MA to Winchendon, MA and Real Deal Van Lines from Leominster MA was the bomb! My hubby and I have moved like 20 times and this was the best ever. We had Ian and Chad pack for us and they were so fast and friendly. They even talked to us while they worked. On moving day, we had Luis, Tom, and Chad again. They were all so cool and made sure everything was where we wanted it. Not one thing got messed up or broken. That's never happened before. We would totally tell everyone to use Real Deal Van Lines. It cost us $2040 and was worth every penny.

From the back office to delivery, the entire team at Real Deal Van Lines is nothing short of awesome. Helpful, responsive, respectful, accommodating, professional -- and yes -- even caring -- can't say enough good things about this moving company.

On 3/4 Real Deal movers came to move my heavy furniture and I was very pleased with how they wrapped every piece of furniture and secured it to safely move it to my new place. They did the work on time and on budget. These two men worked hard and are polite and professional. Best movers I have ever hired. If you need a moving company do not hesitate to hire them.

I just wanted to let you know what a great team Corey & Denom were! They were extremely professional, courteous, quick, friendly & careful. They knew exactly where to add everything to my storage unit to make it fit and I really appreciate their team effort. Horrible people who use deceptive business practices. Trying to over charge me based on a contract I never agreed to and do not have transparent policy on charges or cancellation. Check their reviews on yelp for more examples of horrible business practice. What a nightmare! Scammy company run by low lives who don't care about their customers or their reputation if it means making a quick buck. Following up with complaints to licensing agencies and a trip to small claims court.

Real deal vanlines is a rip off they took a deposit of $209.00 and never told me it was non refundable I had to cancel because of a date change and they could not do it on the changed date. So I asked for a refund of the deposit and they said its non refundable. They said originally I had till the 26th of sept to cancel or change I called them originally on the 23rd and whatwd a change on the 24th for a oick up on the 28th instead of the 29th. As far as I am concered they are thiefs!

I had a very old large refrigerator I needed taken out of my second floor apartment to be replaced with a new refrigerator. Real Deal Van Lines had 2 fellows pick up my new refrigerator from where it was purchased. They then moved the old refrigerator from my kitchen and brought in the new refrigerator. All this was not an easy task. The staircase leading to the second floor is winding and the narrow doorways were a challenge. These guys were very friendly, polite and professional. They did an excellent job and I am so appreciative. I would recommend them highly.

I had the best experience with real deal. We had lived in my forever home for 38 years and my husband passed away. Wanting to move closer to family and doing this by myself was a real challenge. Sean, Nick, and chad made the experience a very smooth experience. They were very respectful of everything, polite, and just very hard workers. They did.not waste a second. Also dealing with Anna to set this all up was wonderful. I called a lot and she was always pleasant and very willing to answer all my questions. My whole family will definitely recommend real deal to everyone needed to use them

Bill, Malik and Evan were professional, hard working, pleasant and respectful. In fact, my landlady (who is also moving) was so impressed with their work ethic, asked me for Real Deal Van Lines Phone # and business information. On the hottest day of the year (96 degrees,) these three guys worked non-stop. Other than taking a few minutes to hydrate. They let nothing stop them from plowing through the move during that awful heat wave. They were very careful with my stuff. Koodos to this trio. They were terrific. I can't praise them enough. My granddaughter, my grandson's girlfriend, and my grandson all also used Real Deal Van Lines, and were very happy with their professionalism. I highly recommend them, and would absolutely, if necessary, hire them again! So...I say if you are anticipating a move, Hire Real Deal Van Lines...You won't be sorry! They're the best!

We moved from Westminster MA to Leominster MA on July 1st. Our move was difficult because it was from a single family home to a second floor apartment. The apartment was in a Victorian era house and the stairway to the second floor was curved and angled and the upper part of the ceiling was curved inward. Our 50 boxes were heavy, and I had a large, heavy armoire and oversized sofa and chairs. The sofa and armoire were our favorite pieces and we were worried they would not fit through the very small doors. From the moment the 3 young men arrived, we knew we were in good hands. The supervisor of the move was the best... managing every move and directing every part of the entire process. They all were profession, courteous, and the fastest movers we have ever seen. Everything was handled so carefully and wrapped so well. And, we have never seen such enthusiasm and happy attitude on anyone who had such a physically hard job to do every day. The house was emptied in no time. They also moved through a brief, heavy rain storm but it didn't faze them at all. They made a stop at our son's house to drop some furniture there, and then on to the apartment. The stairs didn't slow them down at all and with great care and expertise, our belongings were in he apartment, including my favorite pieces in record time. When we voiced our gratitude for getting the pieces in, they said, "well, you said they were important to you and we knew we had to find a way to get them in". We have told everyone we know how wonderful our experience was with Jacob, Kwamy, and Kameron and it was a pleasure meeting these hard working, pleasant, fine young men.

They said it would cost $1690 to move, but ended up charging us over $2700! They didn't even ask if it was okay to charge more. I have two big problems with this company. First, they said it would cost one thing, but then charged us way more without even talking to us about it. When you take your car to the shop, they let you know if the price is going to be different than what they said. These guys just charged us an extra $1000, which is a lot more than they said it would be. Second, they charged us $414 for packing materials, but we had already packed everything up ourselves. I counted the boxes and there is no way they used 37 boxes like they said they did. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company.

I used Real Deal Van Lines for my move in Feb. They did a good job moving my stuff from Norwood to Roslindale. But now, I'm missing some things and no one is answering my calls. I'm missing some important stuff like my Amazon fire tv cube and my Yeezy sneakers. I've tried calling the company three times, but no one has called me back. It's been a few weeks now and I'm really upset. I feel like they took advantage of me because I'm older. It's not fair that they won't even talk to me about it.

This moving company is the worst! They quoted me $929 but charged me almost $1800. They broke my stuff and took 10 hours instead of the 4-5 they said it would take. The guys were swearing all day and damaged my things. They even put a hole in my wall and destroyed my front exterior door, but the company did nothing about it. This is the worst company ever! When I tried to talk to them about the issues, they refused to call me back. So, I stopped payment on the check and asked them to negotiate a fair price. But they charged my credit card without my permission, so now I'm disputing the charge. I don't want anyone else to be a victim of this company. I've moved 5 times in 15 years, so I know what's normal and this is not. There are plenty of good, honest companies out there, so don't use these people. I asked them time and again to negotiate a fair price, but they refused. They're very unprofessional and not honest at all.

We just moved from Leominster, MA to Wells, ME and we hired Real Deal Van Lines for the job. They came on time, but their truck was too small for our stuff. We told them we had less stuff than we actually did, but they still couldn't fit everything in. They left some of our things behind and we had to come back for them later. They even left our expensive queen-sized mattress without telling us. When I went back inside, I saw that they left the back door open. They didn't wait for us to do a walk-through and just drove off. They also left a heavy filing cabinet in the garage and didn't put it where it was supposed to go. They broke our dresser and pole lamp too. When we called them, they were rude and not helpful.

I was gonna move with Real Deal Van Lines on April 13, 2022 for the next day, April 14th, 2022. I called to cancel my services like 30 minutes to an hour after I scheduled it, but they were closed so I left a voicemail. They called me back the morning I was supposed to use their services to tell me they gotta charge my card $486 because they got a cancellation policy. I never said yes to this cancellation policy or even knew about it when I scheduled. I went to my bank and got my money back, but I woke up today (May 18, 2022) and that money was taken back out. I called my bank and they said I gotta talk to the company myself, so I called them and they said they sent me an email (which I never got) explaining the cancellation policy, but that's a lie. I never got any email, any confirmation, nothing. I never agreed to the cancellation policy or even knew about it ahead of time. I never signed any documents agreeing to the fee. When I asked them to send me the email they supposedly sent, they couldn't (since I never got one in the first place). If I knew about the cancellation policy ahead of time, I wouldn't have used them because the cancellation policy is a 48 hour notice and I was trying to use them for the next day. I would've just not used them if they told me about the cancellation policy when I scheduled.

Delivery company didn't do what they said they would. I bought a couch and love seat from a store and they recommended Real Deal Van Lines to deliver it. I called and asked if they would bring it into my house and they said yes. But when they came, they said they couldn't because it was too big. But it's not too big, I have bigger furniture in the same room. They didn't even try to turn it or twist it to get it in. They blamed the furniture store for making it too big. Now my furniture is in my garage where it gets wet and mice might destroy it. I asked Real Deal Van Lines to reimburse me so I can get someone else to bring it in, but they said no. I'm really upset and disappointed.
