Used Cardinal Moving and could not be more satisfied. They sent Lee and Pruitt who arrived right on time and worked non stop. They negotiated steep steps and narrow hallways without incident moving mostly very heavy furniture including getting a large refrigerator through a smaller doorway. Their expertise was necessary in know how to make that work rather than wasting time trying to figure it out. Our move took only about half the time other movers were quoting us which resulted us in spending a lot less money. We highly recommend Cardinal Movers and will ask for Lee and Pruitt again.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. IM ON DISABILITY AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND CHARGED ME OVER $1.400 TO MOVE MY 2 BDRM HOME. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. ITS ONLY ABOUT THE $$. ONE OF THE MOVERS TOOK ONE OF MY TVS. I SPOKE TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT THAT COMPANY ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. I WAS QUOTED 4-6 HOURS FOR THE MOVE. IT TOOK 10! I WAS TOLD BY UPPER MANAGEMENT THAT "SORRY AND I NEED TO BE THANKFUL IT DIDNT COST MORE". THE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE ITS DISGRACEFUL THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Thank you so much to Lee and Henry for a job well done. We called on a Friday morning to have a couch, refrigerator and stove moved to a 2nd floor apartment. Not only were we able to have a same day appointment, the guys picked the appliances up at *** and then brought them to ***n. We met them there with the couch and they had them upstairs in no time! All of this in under the 2 hour minimum. On top of all that, they carried an old chair downstairs for us and put it on our trailer. Wonderful experience from the first phone call to the very end. We appreciate your service! Thank you :)

Justin N. & Matt H. of Cardinal Moving Kentucky, were on time, very knowledgeable, productive, efficient, and overall outstanding! This was my first time hiring a moving company ever. I am used to packing, moving, and unloading my own items during our previous moves. Because of my husband's job, we seem to move an average of every 2 years. At the rate we were going, we were in need of someone else to carry the heavy load of moving for us. I am absolutely glad that we both decided that hiring a moving company was absolutely in order! we were very pleased with Cardinal Moving and will definitely look to hire them again in the future!

I recently used Cardinal Moving when I moved into a different apartment. The members of the moving crew were Robert *** and Trevon ***. Robert called approximately 15 minutes before they arrived. When they arrived they did a walk through to assess the number of items to be moved. After a brief conversation they went right to work. I found both Robert and Trevon to be pleasurable and seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. I will definitely use Cardinal Moving again and would highly recommend Cardinal Moving to anyone who is moving, especially if all their crews are as hard working and easy to work with as Robert and Trevon.

We highly recommend Cardinal Moving company. We moved into our new home on April 1st just as everything was closing due to COVID19. We had the pleasure of having Brandon as the driver and riders Andrew and Sal to move us. We had a 2 story home and basement storage to move. These 3 young men came in looked at what needed to be moved and worked very hard, non stop loading and uploading our items. They moved A Lot in a short period of time. It would have taken us 2 or 3 days to do what they did in a few hours. They had very positive attitudes and motivating wok performance. It was a pleasure having them assisting us! Definitely top notch Superb Customer Service from this trio team! Excellent price and booking experience as well!

Had a fairly large move from Louisville to Lexington. Dillon and Warren were outstanding all day and into the evening - highly professional, organized, on time, and great to work with all around. They both worked quickly and safely, recognizing time is money and found creative solutions to expedite the process and respect the customer's overall cost. Not all movers see it that way and it is appreciated. We also had *** & *** come in for the tail end of our move and they were solid as well. In tandem, the home office (Josh, Shawn, Stephen) were all professional and understanding as well. In my dealings, this company is balanced appropriately in seeking the win-win and why they have a strong reputation. I'd definitely do business with them again.

Cardinal Moving helped us pack and move from one house to another within Louisville. We couldn't be happier with this company! Gary M. and Dylan M. packed us up. They were efficient, kind, thoughtful, and packed everything so carefully. The next day, Jacob D. and Codey T. moved us. They were amazing. They worked together as a team really well. They were extremely careful and only one wall was (barely) nicked, which they pointed out to us immediately. At the end of the long day, they took the time to troubleshoot the reassembly of two bedframes. It was an absolute pleasure to work with both of them. They day was capped off by Jacob's thoughtfulness--they found a puzzle piece in the truck that had fallen out of one of our framed puzzles. Jacob texted me about it and hand-delivered it that same evening.

LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY- The 'team' moved like snails, smoked during the move, overwrapped the furniture and really milked the clock. When we asked them to pick up the pace, they became much less careful with our belongings- resulting in lost parts and screws, scratches and dents. There was a plie of stuff left behind, and some of our belongings were left in the front yard. One mover chain smoked walking back from the truck (it had to be parked around the corner) and the other stood in the truck for long periods of time. We moved from a two bedroom apartment into a small house- it took these clowns over seven hours (after we were told that it would be two hours). They charge over two dollars per MINUTE- a high price particularly when they move like When I called the company- the customer service was awful.

This is the second time I have used Cardinal Moving. In 2017 they helped me with a long distance move from Glendale KY to La Grange KY. That was a great experience. Very professional movers, smiling and working quickly through that very long 12 hour day, and not a single bump or scratch on anything. So now in 2020 I'm moving again, and called Cardinal back. Scheduling was very easy over the phone with Chris, and on moving day Tyler C. and Brandon C. arrived on time and quickly got to work moving all of the outdoor equipment out of our 3 bay utility garage. This was a quicker move, but again everything went very smoothly. I will be calling them back in a few weeks to move the household items. Moving is very stressful, and knowing that everyone at Cardinal is reliable, professional, and easy to work with is just one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.

From the moment I went online to set up my move I was pleased. Easy to navigate website and what a straight forward approach to moving! I had to change the date and got an immediate acknowledgement then 2 days prior to move a phone call to go over everything. The day before the move another call to confirm they would be there at 9am as asked. Day of move, 20 mins before 9 I got a call stating on the way. Lee and Dushawn were my movers and extremely polite and respectful of property. They moved my large furniture from one home to another without incident. Set up the beds and placed all furniture where I needed it all with a smile on their face in the extreme heat! I have already given them and Cardinal a referral for next month. I've had the easiest of moves with Cardinal and I would highly recommend anyone that needs this service to just call or go online -- it really is that simple and easy.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I originally picked this company for their reasonable rates, or so I thought! The guys arrived the day of the move without a plan on how to move items. The struggled with picking up items that had a lil weight to them. They took a million breaks, not to mention they left my dresser propped up on one leg in the middle of my stairs while they took a break. This caused the inside of my dresser to break! when arriving to my new residence, they scratched up doors, floors and put big holes in my walls. They complatly damaged my dresser, floor mirror, coffee table and couch! The sent me a letter saying they will give me $200 dollars to cover the damages! what in the world?! My dresser alone was 1700! They took 6 hours moving me, my bill was $680! they didnt put my bed back together, nor my sons bed! Not to mention i had boxes missing! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIDE THE CLOCK, BREAK AND DAMAGE YOUR FURNITURE AND PUT WHOLES IN YOUR WALLS! IT was a move from ***! please do not make the same mistake i did!

Cardinal Moving, LLC messed up our move real bad. They broke two lamps and we had to toss them in the dumpster 'cause they were too dangerous. We called 'em up to file a claim for the loss, but they said they won't do nothin' without photos of the damage. Even though their own guys admitted to breakin' the lamps on April 5th. We even offered to give 'em sworn affidavits, but they still won't budge. We want 'em to pay up for the damage their guys caused. They can even ask their employees (if they're honest) 'bout the broken stuff. We can still give 'em notarized statements too, if they want.

Cardinal moving really messed up two fancy fridges with French doors during the move, and also wrecked some wall on the stairs. The two Cardinal dudes said they'd fix it up, but after 12 hours of moving, I signed their papers without reading the small print. When I hit up Cardinal to get the damage sorted, they took a whole week to tell me that the fridge damage was too bad to fix. They sent me a check for $120, saying that the contract said I could only get $60 for each broken thing. But then I found out that fixing one fridge was impossible, and the other needed two new door panels that would cost me $1600! That's way more than half of what the fridge cost in the first place. The person on the phone was nice and showed me where I signed, but I'm mad that I only found out about the flat fee after the movers promised to fix everything. I can't do much about it legally, but getting less than 1% of the cost of the damage is a joke, not a real attempt to make things right.

I hired Cardinal Moving to move my two bedroom suites from my old house to my new one. Two young men came without tools (they asked to borrow mine and I don't have many tools) and no moving blankets. One of the young men had been on the job for 3 days and had little knowledge of how to move furniture. They took twice as long so I had to pay twice as much as expected. Then in the process they damaged all 9 pieces of furniture that were moved, the banister, wall, and hardwood floor in my old home, and a wall and hardwood floor in my new home along with tearing both mattress covers. I was told to contact *** and he'd take care of it. I did contact *** and he put me in contact with their repairman, ***. *** visited both homes and fixed the banister in the old home and placed some stain on the damaged hard wood floor and fixed the wall in the new home. My neighbor helped with some of the furniture but it could not be totally fixed. I have been told they will not make any more repairs even though my floor that was brand new now has 3 deep scratches in it. And they did send me $240 for the damages. Before the move, I did sign a contract saying they were not responsible for these types of damages. However, I would not have signed it if I had known they would be so ill prepared (lack of tools, protection, and knowledge). I have floors that will cost $2k to fix and furniture that will never be the same. I know accidents can happen, but that was not the case in this situation. This was sloppy and incompetent work.

I had them move my stuff on Oct 7th and the 2 movers broke my 1200 TV and bed frame. They didn't take apart the bed frame right so it broke when I got back to Alabama. They also dropped my new TV from the U-haul and said it was okay, but it was cracked when I got home. I talked to someone named *** and they wouldn't pay for the TV because it was in a box. That's not true, it can still get damaged. The movers admitted to dropping it and I have pictures and witnesses. Cardinal Moving only gave me 60 dollars for the bed frame. They said they're honest but they're not.
