1st Class Moving and Storage did a great job. They answered my call quick. They were on time, professional, super careful and fast. I was really impressed from beginning to end.

Service was alright. Had a couple of problems though. Dispatcher didn't call me the day before to give me a time. I was clueless until they were only 30 minutes away. Also, they messed up my hardwood floors with a big scratch. Told the senior coordinator, but nothing was done about it.

1st class movin did a grate job with our move from Maryland to Florida. They're team was polite, professional, very careful with our items, and efficient! I would highly recommend them. Additionally, they arrived on time, were very competitive price-wise, and had great follow ups to be sure that we were satisfied with their services.

1st Class Moving is the bomb! My buddies told me about them when I was downsizing and needed to move my furniture to my new crib. I had some stuff going to storage and some to my daughter's place. I've used these guys a few times and they always come through with flying colors, even when things get tricky. They're the best!

Nothing has ever gotten broken, and the movers are always on time and very professional! I would recommend 1st Class Moving and Storage to anyone who needs a reliable, professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced moving company. Hopefully, this last move will be my last move, but if I need to move again, I will definitely use 1st Class Moving and Storage!

1st Class was the only mover who came out to check our stuff before giving us a price. They gave us boxes fast when we asked for them. When the movers came, they worked hard and got everything out of our house. They also did a great job packing it into our storage. My wife and I were really impressed with how professional, dedicated, and helpful they were. We would recommend them and use them again for sure.

1st Class Moving and Storage sent me a card in the mail saying I could get a Bonus *** Gift Card with code AMADEAL worth up to $250. I asked them about it when I was getting a price for my move, and they said I could use the code. My move happened on June 29, 2022, but I still haven't gotten the gift card. I don't want to talk about all the other problems I had on moving day, like how slow they were and how they damaged my furniture. I emailed Joseph at 1st Class Moving and Storage on August 23, 2022, and he said he would check on it and get back to me. I don't think he will, so I'm writing this complaint. It's been 8 weeks, which is plenty of time to get the gift card they promised.

I was disappointed with the outcome as I had paid for the "Gold Plan Full Valuation Option" and expected my furniture to be handled with care. Overall, the move was a mixed experience with some of the movers being professional and others not up to par. The communication with the company was also lacking as I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. While I appreciate the effort put in by some of the movers, I would not recommend 1st class Moving and Storage due to the damages incurred and the lack of timely response to my claim.
